  • I received a code in my email about 4 days ago. It was for a $25 free chip and free entry into the slot tournament. The code was VT127.....I do not know if this is just for me or if anyone can use it. You have to contact CS to redeem. I have been trying to get a hold of them for 4 days now to redeem it and online chat is never available and emails are not answered. Kind of weird since I receive emails from them daily promoting different deposit bonuses. Just seems weird that the online CS is never online. Anyone ever had any dealing with this casino?

  • Golden Casino is a good casino in my experience, but on line help is usually NOT easily obtainable. I have waited several days like you, and then there were times I got them on the first try. Usually late at night is when I got them on the first try.  I never got the e-mail you recieved and I am a regular customer there. Who knows.

    Yes I have had dealings with them and I went to live chat.  They were there and very helpful too.  Hope you have some luck contacting them.

  • make sure you save the original email that you got because eevrytime i try to redeem the codes they want the xcat email and usually it takes them so long to get back to me i end up trasihng the emails

  • This really has nothing to do with depositing or redeeming codes @ Golden, but I did have a good experience over the holidays with them.  I entered one of their Free Roll tournaments... Stocking Stuffer Free Roll... and won $50 cash plus a $500 gift card to Best Buy.  The $50. I rapidly spent in the casino and I received the gift card about 2 weeks after the tourney ended.  Bought myself a new plasma t.v.  grin

  • I am quite surprised that you place posts about casinos on these forums to warn other people yet, They dissappear over night, I played at the golden casino yesterday, A slots tournament, Not a coupon?, Just a slots tournament, I got to 84th place, Hopped up to make a cup of coffee, Came back and they had locked my account, This is what they said to me,

  • i too got the same email, after not being able to contact them with live support, i emailed using the casino mail in the casino, after about 2 days they got back to me and said i was not elegible for the free chip as i trecieved one when i signed up but were happy to give me free entry to the tournament....

    I don't work for Golden Casino, you can choose to believe me or not, that's your prerogative.  But you don't really have to come on these forums an be a complete A$$ to people either. 

    Secondly, I have never received any emails such as you all are discussing from a "Security Department" from security@newgoldencasino.com.   Anyone with a true account at Golden can copy the promotions details and use it to scam people.  newgoldencasino.com is not, as far as I am aware, the web address of this casino.  Golden Casino's support and admin email addresses all end with @goldencasino.com, NOT @newgoldencasino.com.

    I think you all are getting scammed by somebody, but it isn't by me.  And I hope you're not going around willy-nilly giving out all your personal information to any email that's sent to you. I'd do some investigative follow-up on that if I were you. 

    As far as my winnings go, you want to see a copy of the email I received from Golden Casino's promo dept?  You wanna see the receipt for my tv showing the $500 gift card?  HMMMPH

  • I am sorry Tracey ,It was not intended as a direct attack on your self, Just be aware Their are people from the casinos coming into the forums, Posting similiar statements, To try and attract people back into the casino, I have been playing online casinos on and off for around five years, As a genuine depositor, I have cashed out at several casinos,And have not recieved a red cent in winnings. Also my partners bank account was cleaned out just before christmas, Which we are working with the banks to rectify, And at this point they are pointing to one of these casinos. The information these casinos are asking for, Gives them access to do so, Be very aware. I stopped depositing into casinos about a year ago now, When i myself noticed, Extra transactions showing up on my credit card statements. I would never deposit online again, I believe they are paying a handful of people randomly around the world, To keep their casinos operating, If they were legitamite, Where are my winnings, And why am I now band from all these casinos. People I suggest You watch your credit card statements. I also have friends who are also depositors, Who have recieved zero dollars. Doesn't this make you wonder.I also placed this complaint on another forum two days ago, And funnily enough it vanished over night, We who are trying to protect depositors like ourselves, Are purposely being rail roaded out of forums.Who really is running these casinos. I am pleased you had a win Tracey you would be one of the few exceptions these casinos have paid.

    2.  I have NEVER deposited to any online casino, mainly because of what I read on these forums.
    3.  I have stopped using RTG casinos for the same reason as #2.
    4.  I play at the ODDS ON/Vegas Tech casinos, and only in Free Roll Tournaments.  If I win and collect, Great!  If not, then I have lost nothing but time.
    5.  If you don't want to get screwed by untrustworthy casinos, then don't deposit and give out your credit card or bank information.

    That's all I have to say about this issue, I'm done preaching. smiley

    I would agree to a degree with what you are saying. I have had to wait OVER 12 months for a payout from a so called VERY reliable mirogaming casino for a payout. It wasn't until I told my banking ombudsman what had happened. e.g that I was a depositing player and reported them to my credit card provider as well as ecorga (Tex Rees was excellent) that I recevided payment within 2 DAYS. I would stongly suggest you do the same if you have not recevied payment. When I deposit now at a new casino I won't until I have been doc preapproved and have it in writting. After all it's my money that I am playing with. If they refuse I back out quickly. Hope this has helped. I have found some microgamming casinos to be excellent (payments received within 48 hours) and some playtech casinos also to be very good. I don't ever bother with RTG except Casino Xtreme, as they give instant payouts which I have done on many occasions. Hope this has helped as I know how frustrating it can be.

  • I was paid $4500.00 and it wasnt a hassel... the checks cleared my account and had no issuse...ok well one issue.. I requested express and they sent my check regular mail so it took 2 1/2 weeks but hey who cares as long as they paid me....

  • I have to agree on Golden Casino's support can do better. But so far it has been the better of most casinos I tried. When I signed up, i used a no deposit bonus code. Live support wasn't there when I tried claiming it. So, i emailed them. Took days before they got back at me. And they said it was an expired code and I have to use another code. So, i thought oh well. But when I logged on today. BAM! there was a $20 Bonus in my account. Now that's what I call customer service! grin
