      Hello.
    3 weeks аgo I won about 1500  paunds in Cirrus UK Casino with bonus code no deposit. I tried to withdraw some money through Moneybookers (I’ve deposited with moneybookers) but they tell me I can not draw, because the money was from a bonus code and that can not happen. When I loaded the code I should reach any unreal sum and then the money become real and are transferred to the section "Withdrawable", and Support says that they are not real idea?!. When I deposited  money they are transferred to section "Withdrawable", and not anywhere else .... I want to ask You for some help! What should I do , because I don’t understand a lot.

    yeah,so sorry about your experience.Well you really have to check the terms of the code you are using,because some codes have restrictions.for example:if you use two consectutive codes that are no deposit your winnings are null and void.you must deposit between codes.thats just one example.cross that with the fact that their RTG you could be in trouble.lol.sorry that that happened to you,but keep trying,because I won two different times on no deposit chips.....4000 and 2000 dollars.Always check the terms!

    On Free Chips.. the casinos don't want you to come in, use a free chip.. build it up a little then try and cash out.. if you know what i mean, alot of people would use a 50 free chip play for 15 minutes and cash out, Free Chips are actually NOT real money to be cashed out.

    There is a playthough amount, that is what you called the "unreal sum"
    you must reach that level, once you reach that level, whatever amount
    is there is deducted, and the balance becomes the "real" money which can be withdrawn, but only after the requirements are meant, and you have not used double free chips.

    What i call it is this.. "it is YOUR win, but it is THEIR money" on the free chip highway..

    I'm sorry, but there is Terms to be followed, and if done so can be beat
    You must understand those terms
