I just clicked on the link for this casino under the exclusive casino bonuses.  I downloaded and registered an account, which no information was needed other than name, password and email account.  I contacted live support asking where I put this code and chatted with a gal by the name of Sallinia.  She would not credit me this saying that I was not an affliate with LCB.  She was very rude and just would not credit my account saying I had to be an affliate of LCB.  I tired to explain that I downloaded thru LCB's website and I was a member of this forum and she still would not credit me.  Does anyone know what is the deal here?  There was nowhere to put a coupon code so had to go to live support.  I was very shocked to get this type of answer followed by her rudeness.  Any suggestions Zuga?

I just delt with a guy named Michael too. He told me I have had an account there for months. I have never even heard of the place. I told him he was nuts. Then he said my emails didn't match the system what ever that ment. I think they are nuts!

I do not understand why the code is LCB100 and on the exclusive casino bonuses page it shows $100 why are people only getting 10 and 12 dollar bonus credits?  I am logged into rome casino and am waiting for a live chat operator to see if I will finally get a credit....

Well, I happened to get Sesillia again and she would not credit me the promo, however she did give me a welcome bonus of $20.  She also said that the promo specifies it is for $20 and then after being a customer there for 30 days the remaining $80 would get credited so that will equal the LCB100 (as in $100).  How confusing is this??  Oh well, she still says I am not an affiliate but will forward my information on to someone who will look into this.  I dont know how to copy the chat to forward to this forum to see her responses so I just summed it up what she said.  I will play the $20 but it sounded to me like if I win anything it is not for real money.  I am so confused about this....

Hi everyone.  I think there is some confusion with this bonus code and their management.  I downloaded this casino from your link.  I filled out my profile and then contacted live support.  I spoke with Sisillia.  After she checked my account info, she said "Your account has been credited with the Belgamo Promotion."  I received $11 with no mention of any further bonus at one month anniversary.  Belgamo is from another Gambling Forum.   I think they are getting the two confused.  I definately downloaded from LCB link..
