Weird, my account got locked after I requested a withdrawal and tells me to contact support through id@luck3.com. Anyone know why they have done this? Do I perhaps need to send in my ID or something? Has anybody needed to do this to have a withdrawal accepted?
It was a 1000eur withdrawal so I sure would not like to lose it...
I have sent a messageto support but they are very slow with their answer.

Mickey I just had the same experience only I requsted a withdrawl of $ 650,00. My account is also blocked. I sent theim a message but didn´t got an answer yet!!!!

See my previous message. After a couple of emails this is what costumer support said to me that the coupon February2009 is a signing up bonus. I redeemed earlier another (the real) signing up bonus. Their comment was I´ve redeemed twice a signing up bonus and that is against their terms that is the reason that my account is blocked and my request for my withdrawl of $ 650,00 denied.
I explained it a couple of times but they wouldn´t listen. And when I told them that I suspect that they blocked my account because of my withdrawlrequest, he was very resentful. So be warned to redeem the bonuses on Luck3.

weird  i had the same at other casino a year ago, prime casino or paddy if i'm not mistaken, don't remember. they had to different bonuses for free 20$ and i tried both now as experienced guy i ask support about how and which bonus use. 

I heard from the rep. that this will happen if you cash bonuses/coupons that you are not entitled to.  You better read the terms and conditions very carefully on this one.  That is what the rep said, not me. 

Personally, I like the casino.  If you follow their terms, it is a pretty good place.
