I should explain that I signed up at Saturn Bingo about 6 months ago using a different account name than the one I used today at Miami Bingo so I guess they consider that a duplication ....but I only had one account at each...just different account names because I started using a different account name going forward since August for ease sake.  It's frustrating!

Apparently you can only receive the $25 once at any of their casinos...so if you received $25 when you signed up for SAturn Bingo you won't get it at Miami Bingo.

I got bonus a while back.... I am member of saturnbingo BUT for some strange reason I cannot access site from FFox or IE ... gone through allposs reasons but no help .... so joined miami bingo and help enabled free chip there for me... and were very helpful too...

I'm happy for anyone who can get a free chip for any reason, really I am.  But you'll have to forgive me if I'm not very impressed by a casino that cheerfully gives a free chip to someone, overlooking the very criteria (receiving prior n/d bonus at a sister site) that they used to deny me that same free chip.  Now excuse me while I go throw a tantrum!!!  (kidding)
