WILDMIAMI doesn't work for me

the same thing happened to me on one of the large tourneys over independence day.  i was in fifth place. then i hit a huge line with a bonus. that his would of  taken me to first of second place in that  tournament.  a few thousand dollars win.  after i hit i was kicked out of tourney before i could do bonus round.. i contacted chat and they told me that when i go back in game, the bonus round should be triggered.  when i go back in, the bonus round nor the winnings from the line hit that was with bonus trigger popped up.  i contacted them and they put in a ticket and told me that they would contact me in 24 hours. A few days went by and I i almost forgot about tourney and they never contacted me nor did they credit that win. i contacted them again because i didn't hear from them and a different rep told me there was nothing they could do because it was in the middle of tourney. i was pissed. i was out of placing for prizes because big win wasn't posted.

they also believe that fraud deposit bulls--t that Atlantis gold group is reporting on people.  they all of sudden closed peoples account,. i complained about as charge on my  credit card that i did not authorize.It said on transcript that comes up in your name that there was a  problem with credit card, not that i filed a complaint about unauthorized charges. They told me the only way i can deposit is by 50 wire.  i also cannot claim any freebies, and they said that if i deposit anywhere else and a casino sees that transcript, the casino doesnt have to pay me. i told them they were full of sh-- because asked other casinos about it and they told me it is no problem and only that group and casinos associated with uses it. Not to mention that i have done several withdrawals from the casinos i play at.  Then they asked me about other  casinos i play at and they basically told me i was a liar and that i was not depositing by credit card with;the casinos i listed for them.  they are full of it.  i don't care if they have good ratings.  the few bad services do add up to make it a horrible place to gamble and trust.

that has happened to me a couple of times. playing in a tourney and all of a sudden I am kicked out. when I return to the casino and go back into tourney the bonus round is over. it has happened a few times to me since I have been playing at liberty slots. I never went to live help. I would just buyin again or finish what score I had left. I think it is some kind of malfunction that happens when your about to get an awesome score...lol. only some times though.  it's very sad to read that you went to support and that they did not do any thing about it. next time it happens on me am gonna say something cause maybe if enough players complain about it they will do something. I just never want to take the time and complain but I will next time.  I still think  they are a good casino and I am still  playing at liberty slots cause they do have good tournament with good pay on them and that has only happened to me a couple of time being kicked during bonus round and it happened 2 times on  the slot game where the bonus round is Mexican piñatas can not think of name of slot.  I just avoid that slot now.  good luck
