I have contact withdrawal manager and he said that an investigation is being held to find out the source of delayed payment.

Well I didn't have to wait as much as you, but everything ended well for me. I guess they are slow but I think they will pay eventually. 

8 weeks and still waiting for my withdraw.

They said that I will get paid in June.

They are unbelievable, 15 to 18 business days for withdraw says in their Terms. I am waiting now for 40 business days.

If I knew I would never play at mona casino. I am posting this as warning to other players who wants to play here. BE CAREFUL you will wait for your money for a loooong time if you will at all get it !

This is a really bad experience *mike*, you are waiting way too long but let us know if you get paid. Hopefully everything will work out for you in June.

Still didn't received my withdrawal.

I've send them an email over a week ago and once again yesterday and still no answer. They are a bunch of people who takes your money and than week after week promises that you will receive your money soon.

I've been waiting more than 12 weeks now.

I got an email from a host from there yesterday asking me if I would try out their casino-very personal looking email- I told him that I would be happy too but he had some players he needed to take care of immediately on this site before I would ever consider it..

Yeah it took like 2 months and Melcb's help but I was paid.  Send a pm to Melcb with your username.  That is the  best thing I can think of...

After 3 months of waiting I have received my withdrawal today.

My withdrawal was 150 but I received only 125. I will contact Mona casino again why is that so. I can't wait what kind of excuse will they have for 25 missing.

Before I made a withdrawal on 29th of March I contact direct support in the casino and they guide me through the process of deposit and withdrawal. They said: "We will allow you to withdraw 150 from your account." and now I received only 125.

I will come back with their answer.

I used moneybookers for deposit and withdrawal.

I played in eur at casino and my main currency at moneybookers is eur.

I am playing online for a couple of years and never had similar experience. I know that if you play in usd and withdraw to moneybookers, they have a small fee - 2.49% for currencies exchange.

My experience with casino was bad but I give them a credit for processing my withdrawal at the end.

Be smart while playing online and always check LCB warning sign ( ! )
