My experiences with no deposit coupons

Hi guys, 

Im not much of a typer and Im certainly not much of a forum guy for that reason so please dont judge the number of posts as experience.  A little background--I started on the freeroll circuit just before poker boom and then added sportsbooks.  After 6 million lost hands after getting the money in ahead, Ive gone mostly all small time books.  Then I found you guys.......

Over a 3 week stretch I played every coupon here or was here around end of July.  As I stopped by in chat, I learned that some of you veterans here varied greatly on who I could trust.  With that in mind, I give you my experiences with free chips......

I completed the rollover at 5 different casinos and I also came up with a system by which I found it easier to be cashed out without the usual excuses

Cats Eye Casino-- I played this free chip that I found before I found you guys and continued to check on my  playthru as I plugged along.  Round about the 3rd or 4th time I asked for playthru progress I was told that A  I had already had an acct (presumably from yrs ago and B  that I had played illegal games.  I disputed the illegal games charge, but I guess I was supposed to remember Id signed up 3 years ago.
Oh well.....Lessons I learned 1) Stop using the bonus code page I did because the eligible games was wrong  2) Always contact live chat BEFORE you sign up and ask if you already have an acct and make sure the coupon you want to use allows you to cashout.    That became #1 of my free chip checklist.  My only real issue with Cats eye was  why didnt you tell me the FIRST TIME I asked about my playthru that I wasnt eligible.

Silver Oak---Another coupon Id played before I happened upon you guys, but alas I again didnt have my checklist in place, didnt confirm the game terms,  played blackjack which was illegal and was not paid.  Again they said nothing about me playing illegal games each time I check playthru, but this time I even got so far as to fill out the verification forms fax ID 3 times!!! and THEN I was told I wouldnt be cashed.  For as good and as patient as some of the CS reps were otherwise, I was very surprised that it happened again here.  Id grade their CS as very good overall.

Palace of chance --Forgive me if I get the details incorrect but I believe I used the $110 free chip here 2x max cash and I finally hit.  I started the cashout process with $190 withdrawal request and after a lot of live chats, check and rechecking of acct review dates and reception of faxes and the like--during one of those Chat sessions I was told that I had a $151 moneygram (their standard method for non-deposit cashouts) coming to me. I looked up the nearest Moneygram location (a CVS) I went there, used a red phone that looked like the Batphone and got the conformation info from Moneygram.  Unfortunately during the call the rep told me that if I wanted the cash, Id need to go to a Walmart because CVS only gave out money orders.  Already being there, I happily took the money order after a long process with a teenaged clerk.  US players----If you have a moneygram, call them and find out where to get it Cashed instead of money order, otherwise all went fine.

Club Player Casino---Very impressed with this outfit.  Throughout my playthru process, the CS was very courteous and complete.  I used a $65 free and submitted the verification form and the 2 kinds of ID to verify person and address for a max cashout of $65.  Except this time, I got an pop up message when I opened the software.  Very nice touch!  I also got an email confirmation when it was received and another when I was approved.  And all the timelines I had been given for each process all were accurate.  To top it off, I got a phone call and another email saying my Moneygram was ready ($36), which I cashed via money order with my PoC one at CYS.  This appears to be a viable casino for any player

Fortune Real--- My first and only Rival casino cashout,mainly I believe because the Rival machines are a lot tighter.  Once again the CS reps quickly gave me my playthru progess quickly w/o issue.  When I finished, I made a $102 cashout request after using I think a $110 coupon.  I suspect max was 110 but not sure.  After sending in the docs and the normal downloadable verification form, I had a lengthy convo with a Live rep where I found out that US players only real option for withdrawal was to open an Ewallett Xpress acct.  He assured me that all I had to do was deposit $25 and then I could instantly withdrawal the entire $127 as long as I claimed no bonus because this was a "verification deposit".  So, after confirming this with 2 other CS reps(because Im anal at this point) I opened the EWXP acct and successfully withdrew the entire balance

There was even another casino which I shouldve cashed but I donked it all on bad table bets 

So heres what I learned......
1)  Always live chat before you sign up and to make sure code is good and get the proper terms.  2) Check with live chat OFTEN to see what your playthru balance is--you dont need to play longer than the coupon requires, likely will only cost you.  3) If you dont understand what is required of you after the playthru keep asking till you understand.  4)It seems that if you scan and email docs rather than fax, things happen faster for you.  5)Keep a scanned copy of a utility bill and the front and back of your drivers license or other id at close hand for verification purposes.  6) If a casino gives you a time frame i.e. a 2 week review process, continue to check on its progress every day after the given time  or at least every other for updates.  7)Always use the email chat transcript option and keep it in a folder--helps prevent casinos from backpedaling paying you.  Keep asking until you get an answer!

Sorry this is so long but I think it had to be said.  The key to getting paid from free chips is pressure!  Make them get rid of you.  I got paid by Palace of Chance, Club Player and Fortune Reel and had I used these steps for every casino it wouldve been 2 more.  You can get paid for frees but there is work involved.  I get to fly to see my best friend for a vacation for NOTHING because I did the work.  It is possible.  Good Luck!  Thanks for the time LCB.
