All I know is I am now waiting for my documents to be approved on Maria ... live chat told me it can take up to 5 businessdays ... CRAZY !!! 

But guess I have no choice ... my whole account got frozen so I will see ...

I got an email from them that my withdrawal has been processed. So, I guess I have to wait till monday or tuesday since I requested the withdrawal via bank.

To be honest I really do not know. I have been a member since 2010, I think.

I guess I have made at least 1 deposit in the past.

I never ever made a deposit there before these winnings...

So I made one today using neteller ... Before I did I asked in live chat if there would be any delay possible because of verification or something ... They told me nope ...

But after a long long chat after my account got frozen when I made my withdraw (I was a little annoyed/angry) I came to conclusion there is nothing I can do about the fact that they will let me wait for atleast 2 to 5 business days before they verify my account / review my documents ... and after that it will be around 12 hours to process payment to my neteller ...

Overall I am very displeased with the help I got ... but in the end I am almost confident that they will payout the winnings ...

They are one  of the few Casino0's that pay out hassle free without doc's up to a certain amount, provided your first action in the Casino is a deposit: after a while, or if you win more then a certain threshold, they will start a verification process: they're obligated by law to do so.

After my winnings I made a deposit ... also discussed this in the live chat as you can read in my other messages.

Furthermore I disagree with the treatment of Unibet to their costumers.

As I WAS a very loyal depositer unibet.eu and I noticed that promos etc never dropped into my account and when I asked them they basically told me I shouldnt complain and to screw off ...

But I dont see why Mariacasino wouldnt pay me ... as I sent in all documents asked live chat told me that it are the good ones ... and I also made a Neteller deposit ... it just takes very long and they didnt tell me at first when I asked about this

I wasn´t saying you should deposit, or hadn´t: i am only saying that if you shown them your a genuine player, and it´s your first freebie on site (in Maria - even though it's a sister Casino, it doesn't count that you've deposited in Unibet) you will likely be paid. 

And verification procedures can take up time, 5 days may seem long, but normally it's a one-time affiar, so once done you're good to go.

May i ask when this contact with Unibet support took place? I know longer ago they were not so good in the Dutch support, but that has all been fixed (i myself complained about the Dutch department on a few occassions too) and they have really upped their loyalty rewards the last 2 years.

It's true that they don't always give you all promo's automatically, but if you feel short, and ask in chat, they now also occasionally give you a nice freebie..

All i am really saying is that they are worth another shot.

If sometimes you feel a person is support is not treating you right or respectfully, it's always an option to elevate your complaint or issue to management. That can work wonders.

With Unibet I got a good treatment up until around march 2016 .... from that moment on it was horrible ... Think I got 2 times a free 5 euro and nothing more since then ...

The last thing that they were really rude to me was a few months ago ... and after that I decided not to deposit there anymore ... not worth the struggle and to speak in their own words; they have 15 million other accounts so it doesnt matter that I take my money elsewhere.

If it wasnt for the winnings I made on the 50 freespins on Maria I wouldnt have deposited there aswell ... and to be honest; I really regret I did ...

I've got some idea's and tips for the date Wednesday 21th June 2017!
