i didnt like the nd bonus... had a big problem there...

did survey n had a verification phonecall (took about 40 mins overall), got the 40 free... then i opened the casino, where the login box pops up i could see in the backround of main casino client the side bar with all games listed, however as soon as i clicked play for real the whole bar disapeared (even though when i clicked freeplay the bar stayed there),  sadly i couldnt play anything in the download client because of it

i played the instant play version (be it i couldnt play sega slots, as theyre in the download version only), got up quite high... then sunk the lot before meeting wr... did get an email after getting the bonus which said the 40 is not cashable... only winnings over that 40 can be cashed out once wr is met and i would need to make a 30 deposit once wr is met before i can cashout

It took me at least half an hour to do the survey, wait that it would be accepted, wait for verification call, wait for the bonus to be credited, and chat said it was credited, but it wasn't. Then it took another half-hour for them to find out why I didn't get it.

It would have been good if chat operator had made it clear from start, and also that you must have deposited $100.
