I must say, you handled my accusations VERY professionally & in a calm and polite manner! 

I have deposited at this casino twice and both times was able to play for a very long time on my deposit.  Last night I went to live help and said I was wanting to make a deposit and asked if they had any good deposit bonuses.  I was told there were none available.  I was shocked!  I had the casino software open and as soon as I ended my chat session, pop ups started coming up saying deposit this amount and get this amount free but you had to contact support.  I did this again but was somewhat scared because how support treated me a few moments earlier.  I told him about the pop up bonuses and he stated these are for DEPOSITING customers only!  That really offended me.  This was the same rep I had just spoken too also.  I told him he must have misunderstood my previous chat session because I clearly said I was a depositing customer and was looking for a DEPOSIT bonus.  I explained I was not looking for a free handout.  He quickly apologized for the misunderstanding.  I do think he should have taken more time to read my first chat session because there was no mistaking that I was wanting a deposit bonus NOT a no deposit bonus.  Long story short.  I played for several hours and hit many many bonus rounds on the new Lotus game (I got 100x bet on the first bonus and I was betting a dollar).  I was up to almost $400 and then lost it all but I sure had fun playing.  I just wish chat was a little better and not so quick to assume all gamblers are beggers.

Good question! Googled this and learned that this would be GMT-5.

So 20.00 EST should be 15.00 GMT.

I do not know what you mean by central time. If you refer to Central Europe it should be 16.00 (GMT+1, e.g. like in Germany).

Anyway, I checked the site at 15.00 GMT+1 and there was nothing to be found. Will try again at 16.00.
