    try it without spaces or - in phone #...
    just straight numbers
    it did the same to me until I took out the spaces and -

    wink i think they got shut down......they were reported to bet365 because of the similiar name and then poof! they dissapeared. i would think they are being sued by bet365.....similiar to the williamhill and 32red fiasco about 2 years ago.

    They did change the name. Now they are called "Super Bet Palace Casino." Same casino, different name. Anyway, I had no problem downloading and getting the $20 sign-up bonus when it was "Super Bet 365." Got a new no deposit bonus code for the "new" casino for a free $24 and they gave it to me.
