New Topgame casino(to me anyway) - Crystal Casino Club

  Found this in my junk, not sure who sent it, checked it out, it's a Topgame casino - Crystal Casino Club. Said there was $50 for new players, but  found $15. Support made up the difference after I brought it to his attention. I had trouble registering because of mobile and phone numbers. Support wrote me back and explained had to put mobile one:area code in first box and area code and mobile number in second box for mobile; then for phone: area code first box and only phone number in second. I don't know how many times I filled out registration, but sure glad this worked.

Be warned... All Topgame casinos have an awful reputation....

Even doing the minimum required deposit to cashout your winnings so be thought about carefully before depositing.

They tend to stall payments (30 days+) and make excuses not to pay.

It won't take my phone number

Hi all

It seems there is a bit of a problem registering phone numbers when players sign up with us.

To help you out, this is what you currently need to enter:

CELL PHONE:
Firstly enter the first 3 digits of your cell phone number as the area code, then enter the full 10 digit cell phone number in the second box.

HOME PHONE:
Firstly enter the first 3 digits of your landline number as the area code, then enter the remaining 7 digit phone number in the second box.

Please don't enter any dashes or spaces.

I agree this is quite confusing and have requested that TopGame adjust this so it will be much clearer.

i went in and registered an account. i love the top game casinos. i got the $50 and went to play. i was only allowed to play the classic slots(???) not a big fan of the classic slots. just left the money there.

The phone number thing was confusing..even with a heads-up.  "boris" was very kind and bumped it to the $50 after learning it's origin so that's no problem.......had fun and thank you Lloyd it's nice to have you around!

I am sorry that you were experiencing difficulties downloading the software. If you contact our 24 hour support team they should be able to assist you with that. Perhaps some of the settings on your computer were preventing the download from completing.

At the moment we only have the download available on computers using Windows operating system. Soon we will also have the version which can be played on the Apple operating system.

A while back I was having problems loading top game casinos onto my desktop: the installation would quit at 10% installed and pop up an error message.
When I upgraded to the most recent version of Internet Explorer, the problem went away.

I still need to turn off my Norton Internet security for the time the casino is loading and when I log in.

Thought if someone is having trouble, maybe these would help.

Just wanted to credit Josephine (casino rep)here.  Upon registering my new account, there was automatically a $15 credit.  I told Josephine in support that I was under the impression the welcome bonus was to be $50.  She instantly told me that she would be happy to credit the full$50 once I played down the balance of the original $15.  And play it down, she immediately credited 50.  No questions asked, no problems.  So, I actually got 65 to play with!!  Just a shout out to JOSEPHINE, she was really pleasant to deal with, which in itself is a welcome change from the normal chats with casino reps.  I will definately be depositing here.

What should I do?

With most casinos and Top Game especially, u need to make a deposit in order to cashout.  If u make your deposit u will get paid, but be prepared to wait.
