        WELL,  I never claimed - EAOV1209 -  in my acct ,(I have 1 acct. and my 
        husband has a new acct.) So husband called (since no one ever is on live chat) to
        claim EAOV1209 into his account - they said it would be credited in 15 mins. 
        He waited over an hour , it never showed up so he called back , they said no
        because IP has multiple accts.
          I never claimed this bonus so he should have gotten it even though we 
        have same IP. I use tower he uses his laptop.

        Not much we can do here i am afriad as the casinos use these checks to stop people creating multiple accounts and so some honest users get caught in the x-fire.... But be on the look out for the new Go Casino $20 free from the same group... we should have the exclusive very soon.

        But this is not the problem , in their rules it says "the bonus is only allowed only once per household, address, e-mail address,credit card number, bank account, and environments where computers are shared" .
        It was only trying to be claimed that one time , never before by either of us.
        I had a customer service person in live chat give me wrong info before and called on the phone , ended up talking with the supervisor Shelly who was nice and she admitted that I had been told wrong. So I am wondering if he needs to talk to some one else . When he gets home from work I guess he should call and find out the real Terms and Conditions.

        Im like yourself from Serbia. You can not choose Serbia from the list of countries during the registration process , only Yugoslavia. 

        Now we both know that Yugoslavia doesnt exist anymore , they certainly need to update their records, and funny enough Yugoslavia is banned country.

        Whether you have claimed the bonus or not, the fact that they have traced two accounts in your IP, it is a big deal to them. And actually, sometimes, IP's are not unique. Your ISP provider can be sharing the same IP to a number of customers.

        Well heres one for everybody.  I attempted to use OV038 that was sent to me directly.  Which is 2 free tournament entries and 20 dollars (No strings attached).  First I was told it would be issued within 24  to 48 hrs.  When it didn't show up two days later I contacted live chat.  They advised that I am a security threat and were reviewing my account.  I couldn't find out anything else.
