I cant use it either... :-\ The online chat reps are very unprofessional... if you are not contributing to their pockets, they dont want anything to do with you. I have had numerous problems with their "customer Service" Reps... and my country is not prohibited...
I agree with you kRaZyK88, they dont want to do anything with me coz i cant play for real money.But since i was reviewing bonus code for the forum, its only logical that it was in their own interest to give me the info i requested... Im considering to email complaint to their customer support, with a copy of that transcript...just to let them know how certain support member operate and treat their customers.
I did that, and did not get a response for over a month, even after I told them that I was posting it in all the casino forums... I posted the chat in a few, and when I got the email, it said "Please dont base your opinions of our casino as a group upon one bad customer service experience"... The Subject to my complaint email was "your customer service staff is ROOD"... but I dont think it is acceptable for a customer or review writer to get treated bad even once... i hear you, and what happend to " customer is always right" And it doesnt matters if you are going to base your opinion(about certain casino) upon 1 or more bad customer service experiences.Im not gonna w8 to be insulted or to get bad treatment over and over again...to be able to say "bad service".

Listen .... If there is one thing that I have learned from all of these casinos and their s-called free bonuses . After playing all of them in the past 6 years , not one of them ever likes paying out ! Like I have posted before , every time that cashout comes , they will try to find some excuse to avoid paying out ... I never suggested to you or any1 else(for that matter) to like or dislike this casino.I had bad experience and i found to be my duty to post it. I aslo tried to review this bonus for all of our members, to find out what are T&C, and found that to be surprisingly hard ..I realy dont care if that CS guy had bad day or not, i only care to find all info about certain bonus!!
