I am just wondering if you guys at LCB check the casinos and make sure the EXCLUSIVE BONUS is real and us members of LCB can use them?
I have in the last week downloaded from your EXCLUSIVE links installed the casino software, then signed-up then tried to use your coupon or have chated with support and 6 of 9 casinos  I have installed said the following or at least close to it. Well I'll have to disagree with you, I just signed up, within the past month and my LCB EXCLUSIVE N/D BONUS was in the cashier section,as expected. If you're using the correct link and downloading the casino software (vs. instant play) and haven't already opened up an acct, with them in the past, then I have no idea. I would recommend talk to an Adm.

Now from the transcript you have provided , two things are clear. You are most likely bonus banned at Rivals, or coming from bonus restricted country.

2nd the CS representative obviously have no idea about our affiliation with them. Thats most likely coz they use Rival customer support and not their own.
