I experienced the same issue however I found support very quick to respond to messages sent via the Power Spins contact form. Eventually, (after 3 messages to and fro) I was able to log in with a password reset they sent me. Got 50 free spins but didn't win anything lol

How it happened to me personally:

I opened the register form, fill up personal information. !!Then I choose "Russian federation" from the list of countries. !!Then I choose "+7RUS" in the mobile phone field an fill it up with my russian mobile number, and I get SMS with verification code to activate the account. So I did it easy with no problems and get my 50 free spins. I played them all and get what I win as bonus cash in my account.

I spend about hour and a half playing different slots till I catch bonus game in NetEnt Black Lagoon slot and win 15$ from it. At that moment I had about 19$ in my casino account. 

I made a little break. And after couple hours I tried to login but got error message "Wrong login or password" smthng like this. I contact support by email and get this awnser:

hahhaa! went there to see it and had forgotten i had already registered. and furthermore i had over 100£ there waiting for me, i had played at some point and then forgotten about it. too bad you have to deposit before you can withdraw, maybe thats why i forgot it? 

try again  may be    the rules have changed. I Did not see  in the term and conditions that   i  posted t he obligation to deposit before to make a  withdrawal  if i well understood.  try again good luck :)

i asked via email for it and they pointed it out in the t&c with a link to it. sucks a little but ill deposit next week and take it out, its 100£ so its worth the hassle.
