I just registered an account and downloaded the software from vegasaces.net but there was no $27 chip for me in the casshier. That was no surprise, I never get the free sign-up chip straight away from new Rival casino's. It is because I select EURO for currency when I'm registering. The free chip is in dollars....

I  also signed up and no 27$ for me either, ( Denmark ) I could not claim promotion on the front page. Talked to livechat at she said something wrong and the are trying to fixe it and told me to come back in an hour. Livechat was so sloooooooooooooooooow answering my q.

I cant understand why the cant just put in the money manuel...

or maybe it was just a song from the warm countries...if u know what I mean.
Some get the 27, some dont....funny.

Its like Vegas Regal casino. As soon u start depositing u never get the free chips. Just my opinion...

i think you are supposed to deposit after you request payout.........so you would have that money subtracted......then deposit i had similar prob w/quicktender

Well...first they locked me out upon sign up. Live chat was worse than useless. Three days (and 7 emails) later they decided to let me in.
There's no bonuses of any kind in the cashier. Live chat is again clueless & when I try to copy the chat it won't...as in, even attempting to screen-shot the whole page doesn't work, I just get error msgs.
But they say if I wait at least 48 hours their "support" might be able to resolve it. But I have to request it...again.
So...boogers. Yet another site I can put on my (dirty word) list. Good luck to those who got it. GO GO GO!

i got nothing, was told it would be sorted in 48 hours, went back 2 days later and they said 48 hours and it would be resolved, that was ANOTHER 48s ago, and its still not sorted, not interested in playing there anymore, think i'll spend my money elsewhere (:

Well, another " great " casino, i'll wait till Wednesday. Same with spermint. Pass over 48 hours and still nothing, email support and chat say me always 48 hours. Was a big deal!!! >.<

Just wanted everyone to know, I made the playthru, had to send in my ID, and all docs they wanted, first I requested a check then I went in and did the bank thing so I was expecting a bank wire but since I requested a check, they put in for my money on the 14th and UPS came today and I got my check from them, with the fees and all my check for or $41.20 but hey it was free money I['m happy, I GOT PAID lol, and they all were so nice but now I know if I happen to win again go to live chat and ask for bank wire...but I wanted everyone to know I made the playthru and I did get payed, and it didn't take but a few days.....Im very happy with this casino..thanks everyone mrgmomma67

I know, awesome isn't it, and they were all so nice...no problems what so ever...just wanted everyone to know, I told them they should send a rep over here, I hope that was the right thing to do...I have seen a few reps here and its always better to know they are around if you need anything....Hope everyone has the luck i had with the casino, I played Shamrock something, can't remember full name but I couldn't lose on it...thanks!!!
