Well...
I did  finally get the email saying I'd been credited today (5, nearly 6 days by their server later) & even got to briefly pay it.

Here's the problem (well, other than days of waiting & feeling like I was uselessly sending msg after msg)...

Got it finally...started looking around the (EXTREMELY slow) games, hit play 4 times on a dollar bet...
It was gone.
It says I've made my bets.

Well, since I didn't & they don't have LIVE "live support," I'll chalk this up to yet another defective site. One moment I was looking at some fruits, the next it froze & was gone.

I truly do hope someone made good on this.

My user name there is Aces37, it's been about five days for me, and still nothing.

I have recieved my bonus of 25.00, i too waited 4 days but i did recieve an email saying 25.00 was credited..i really enjoyed their slots and did play for awhile, i probably will deposit when i hear more good news from others......just to let all know i even verified my account and uploaded my copy of drivers license so maybe that will help others.

hello all, I am joining the "no bonus yet" club.  I requested it on 10/18 though so I assume I still have a few days to wait.  Looking forward to it!

i registered on the 14th ,  sent 4 emails , & still no bonus !

I registerd the 15th and no bonus...

this casino is back logged Iam sure they will get all credited soon .I just got mine .

i am still waiting for this bonus. I did recieve an email from them, but no bonus. I have dropped the rep here a PM and am hoping that I can get a chance to try the games....its very disappointing to have it SO difficult just to try to get in touch with them!

oh,,, and just to add these notes. I also uploaded my licence and input my cc details... but still nothing. I think it's been 6 days now!!! the email I recieved from them didn't mention the ND bonus at all. I just logged in and still nothing!

Looks like this casino is going on my personal blacklist of rogues.

Too bad this casino is not responsive.  I have been playing their slots with "fun money" and they have some pretty fun games!!

I have been "one" of the lucky ones to recieve the bonus and yes did have fun and did play for quite awhile...I just recived a email yesterday from them about a special bonus deposit.....so i don't understand why people haven't gotten anything such as a response from them. I did fill out the verification form and did dwonload my id's to them and yes they did acknowledge that also, so i have recieved 3 in all emails from them. Good luck to those who do get the bonus, just thought i would share.....

I'm glad 4 those who rec'd responses/ bonus; however, this casino has demonstrated poor customer relations at the very least.  2 backlogged 2 respond 2 customer concerns?  Heck, I would have been happy 4 even an auto-generated response that they had rec'd my e-mail & would get back 2 me.  If they cannot even follow thru on that, perhaps they need 2 reconsider their decision 2 provide on-line gaming.  A word of caution 2 any1 who deposits here....... I certainly won't risk it.
