        Ok, so I still didnt receive any information but today I got 10GBP from Vernons which was my deposit to verify my account. I called them and asked about the winnings from the bonus and was informed, that as I made a request of more than the maximum cashout (of 100 GBP) all my winnings forfeited.

        I told them that I had asked live chat before the withdrawal  who told me that the rest would be deducted automatically...  Also the t&c don't say explicitly that you have to request the exact amount. The phone support told me they would forward the request to the management but I doubt I'm gonna see my winnings.

        that sounds strange, i actually thought vernons casino was a good one, maybe there is a other reason, but not sure, i hope you get your winnings, keep this thread updated as to what happened, and goodluck

        So, obviously the £ 1,200 I won on one spins seems to be the problem, though they wont tell me any details. All I can say is that I didnt do anything wrong and even doublechecked with the chat support how to proceed after I made the wagering requirements.

        So what I guess is that they were confused about me winning so much or its a problem for them, that after I had more than 1000 Pounds in my account with only 600 to wager I simply made 6 spins worth 100 dollar each. But so what, with a max cashout of 100....
        OR: This place is kind of a rippoff, at least concerning bonuses.


        The article 15 mentiones says:

If, upon such a review, it appears that You are participating in strategies that we in our sole discretion deem to be abusive, misuse our systems or are in breach of any of the terms and conditions that apply to such Bonus (including, without limitation, minimal risk wagering), we reserve the right to revoke Your entitlement to the Bonus in question (as well as any winnings earned by use of such Bonus) and/or revoke and/or cancel any other Bonuses (as well as any winnings earned by use of such other Bonuses) that we believe have been awarded, redeemed or won as a result of the same. We also reserve the right in such circumstances to terminate Your Player Account. You acknowledge that players found to be abusing Bonus awards may be barred from receiving further Bonuses.

        Mine was all fine, got lucky on gladiator, met WR with about £150 in account, deposited £10, requested £110. Less than 24 hours later they asked for docs, sent birth cert, bank statement, then a day later got paid.

        In fact after being paid there was over £10 left in my account so I played and didnt win.

        HardyK - You should of played the balance down as slow as you could,  building up comp points, then maybe you could of cashed out your winnings + the comp point value

        Okay, so just to update you guys what happened next. After about 15 minutes conversation with the Philippine hotline and 5 emails in which I explained over and over that I met all the wagering requirements, checked every step I did with the chat support and kindly asked for an explanation for why they wouldnt pay me out my winnings I got this final answer:

        "Hi ***,

        This is *** from the Vernons Casino Support Team.

        We received an update from the relevant department after raising your concern. We regret to inform you that we can only process £10.00 as per Management's decision.

        We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter."
        ---------------------------

        Just to adjust the last sentence: I dont understand anything. In my opinion what happened is that they realised that they had to close my account as they changed their t&c and as a German citizen I wasnt allowed to come back and lose the money won back to them, so they decided just not to pay out and to refere to their bonus terms which allow them just to deny any payout if tey dont feel like it. Unpleasant but important experience...
