Well, I was able to redeem the coupon, made it through the $6000.00 play through requirements and made over $1000, decided to try and make a withdrawal request for around $700.00. A couple of days later, my account history is now gone, so I have put in an email to the withdrawals@goldvip.com email address supplied.

I will see what they say.
