We got a reply from the casino rep and we updated the info on the thread.

Here it is:

You need to provide the code (upon registration if you are a new sign up) or to LiveChat if you are an existing player (in order to get the free bonus),then you have to wager 50x bonus and at the end of the tourney players who have the highest balance win.
