        So i have been a loyal player at AC casino for quite awhile and have actually been fortunate enough to be able to cash out a couple of times.
        Each time it took awhile but within 30 days i was paid.
        However this last time has been a complete disappointment. I sent in a withdrawal request on the 27th of July and have yet to be paid. It was approved and sent to processing within 10 days but has stalled there. I have emailed accounting many times as well as management but I get no response other than  " we will forward this ticket to the accounting manager"
        Going to be 90 days soon so huge thumbs down to AC Casino and the Pamper group!

        Just a follow up, after contacting the casino rep and following their suggestion my issue was resolved almost immediately.
        Thanks to LCB the Casino Rep and AC management.
