AC withdrawal

Hi all,
I've been waiting on a withdrawal of $875 since 30/3/15 or there abouts and have had several excuses from processor delays to my neteller account apparently not being able to receive the funds despite being used for deposits and withdrawals multiple times since requesting this one. The total withdrawal was about $1100 something and they managed to pay me my deposits back to my card although i think there should've been more, but not a cent of the winnings. The last reply i got said they were resubmitting to their processor and i would hear from them soon....this was at least 2 months ago with no reply since. Any help would be greatly appreciated. These guys are on our blacklist for exactly the same reasons you have mentioned in the complaint, nonetheless we contacted a casino representative on your behalf and hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

I don't understand why do y'all continue to deposit at these rogues casinos and then come here complaining? COME HERE FIRST BEFORE DEPOSITING AT ANY NEW CASINOS! This will save you a lot of trouble!!!!!

I've noticed that most,  if not all of  these type of complaints against casinos that are on LCB's warning list, are posted by Newbies!  I'm sure that our (LCB's) forum is not the only place they've posted a complaint..  Its hard to feel (at least for me) for these people if they don't research before they deposit.  People, Do Your Homework! 

Oh and Beness, I think its called participating in the forum and not bored as you say!  Rather arrogant on your part I think!  You've come here asking for help and then make insinuations about other LCB'ers. Really???

For that reason alone, I limit the casinos that I will make a deposit with.  This is a crying shame.  It is really easy for them to accept you money knowing it is going to be extremely hard to hit and make the play through but when you actually do they do not want to pay you the money.  Most times when you win something from these casinos, it is only a portion of the money you have deposited so it is not like they are losing money with you withdrawal.  I realize that the casinos are in business to make money but you have to give a little to make much more.  Their policy seems to be give me, give me and if I'm nice I MAY give you ten cents back but no more than that.  If by chance they do eventually pay you, they will probably block you from playing there again which I am sure would not hurt your feelings seeing as how they have done you.

Actually i joined 2 years ago just stopped gambling for a while but the last time i was here i was explicitly told that pamper and ac were ok by a moderator who i won't name, not arrogant just hate people throwing their offensive 2 cents in without knowing what they're talking about,kinda like you and you would think if it wasn't helpful it wouldn't be worth their time wouldn't you? They have ALWAYS been rogue.

Just because they paid before, it doesn't mean they are safe.

Remember, rogue casinos do pay but its on their terms. If a player is cashing out less than their total deposits... They often pay. If its a tiny win, sometimes they will pay. However, if its a big win or a win exceeding the total deposits, theres a 0.00001% chance of them paying.

Some members may seem harsh but it's a new lesson for you. The golden rule of gambling online is to research first.

I know you were not to know and no gambling advertising says about doing your research. It's true though. Do a google search for reviews or check LCB's list of reputable casinos.

The only way things will change is if a huge crackdown on both operators and the game developers happened and stricter regulation. That's unlikely to happen.

It might be no comfort to you but trust me when I say we have all been there before. In my early days of gambling I lost £1000's to rogue casinos and then I realised its good to always do your homework first.

Take it on the chin but don't let it put you off. In future when you have a nice win at a reputable casino and see that win hit your bank in a few hours, you will forget about any bad rogue experience

Oh you are so right with this comment!!  Lots of casinos will give a little to get you hooked and that is how they make so much more than they ever would pay you.  Just like some of the land based casinos like when they first open their doors, the machines are really loose and after they get their base line target of clients the machines tighten up in a big way. There's little difference

AC and Pamper have been on our list for years, both with warnings. Best you do your homework and take heed of our warnings more diligently next time. It takes a lot of our time to chase these up and can become frustrating especially when we have already provided our visitors with good information and they haven't bothered to check the casinos reputation.

i knew longtime ago when i was allowed to play there i won like 400 euro from free chip,
they where friendly and helped me request my withdrawal, but during pending period they where so smart to change t&c's which i mentioned, but did not made a screenshot of other T&c's before i withdraw there, so they never payed me my winnings, and blocked me on chat and so terrible people., still hope you get your funds keep stalking them;)

Its those freebies and the lure of too good to be true bonuses that gets the player hook line and sinker every time.

I really wish you well and hope you will get your rightful winnings. I've noticed that they have always been on any warning list anywhere on the net, I've read many complaints and most of them have never been resolved. I remember I was intrigued to get the freebie too, and while I was meeting wager, support told me I wasn't eligible for it. Also if you take bonus and you're not eligible for it (like my country), they will take a fee from your deposit and void winnings. The more I read their terms the more untrustful they seem. I hope you'll get your money and I believe from now on you should really stay away. No need to play in casinos where you can't be sure if will get paid. Good luck!
