      I have some problems with Adameve casino. I cannot open roulette from the client software, a new window opens and asks me for the password again that doesn't match. Chat is always offline, i sent an email some days ago but no reply.. I was interested to their 1000% roulette bonus, but seems hard to play it. The site is often down too. Suggestions?

        At the end i solved by myself, roulette is playable in flash instant play correctly.
        I''ve claimed 3 days ago their new promotion (MUSTACHIO1 code) where depositing 10€ they give 500€ more in bonus (40x bonus turnover). After a long night playing roulette and slot, i've completed the playtrhough and i asked my first withdraw just now (100€). I sent them a message with the chat line panel (unfortunately live chat is always offline) to claim for free MUSATACHIO2 (as written in their promo). I hope that they will reply soon and that my beard will not grow waiting their answer

          Glad you resolved it (to a degree).

          I did message the rep and he confirmed that he still worked at the casino but he never came back to me on your query (yet).

          Adameve customer service is very bad, i think. 24 hours have passed and no reply (they say to reply to messages in 24 hours). Live chat is always offline. I sent an email and a message from the chat panel. Zero answer. I completed the first promo and i wait the second code for free. What can i do? Can you pm me the mail of your contact? Hope they will pay me the winning too (they write 72 hours in the withdrawal panel)..

              Adameve paid me today (the 4th day after request so it's ok, yesterday was sunday), but i'm still waiting the second code to activate for free the MUSTACHIO2. They replied me today only to communicate that my document was approved (i sent it by myself) and that i've been paid. It's a pity that their customer service is so slow. It could be a nice casino where to play and at the end they pay but if they offer a promo they must give what they promise completely. I will write more if i will get news.

                Today (after 5 days) they replied me about MUSTACHIO2:

                "It is not possible to add you the second step of bonus, because it is connected to your deposit and you withdrawed all your funds. You automaticaly loose your bonus as soon as you request withdrawal."

                It wasn't written in the terms of bonus, how could i know about it?
                I think they are not correct at the end, they should give to customers all info about a promotion with a reasonable time and help them to follow the correct way to claim it.
                I don't think that i will play again other promotions with many stages.

                  As I understand it, step promotions like that mean that you shouldn't withdraw in the middle of it.  I've seen these type of promos on Rival Casinos before and you don't withdraw in between.  You use your balance to redeem the second code and so on.

                  Is the promo still available for you to start again....and....at least you won.
