>:(              they took between them and there sister casino high noon over $300 in deposits from me until one day my card was declined cause i was $1.26 short on my card so they shut down my account and demanded i send them several documents proving im not a terrorist because of this! i am not kidding,if anyone wants to check my account is "yobaboy" they will not pay me back for the money they accepted and they are aware of the fact i have no legs and have to pay $40 just to get to the bank and staples where i can get my statement and pay to fax it to them. i am a member of 149 other casinos and each has told me unless you win you do not have to send us the papers,when i mentioned this to alladins they told me they were trying to help me,when i asked how? i got silence-i told them how i lost my legs in iraq and more silence,i asked how she was helping me by making me pay $80 round trip and $10 to fax these papers-more silence-think about that before you deposit,thank you for listening to me,trying to remain humble- yobaboy  ):      either reopen my accounts and if i withdraw i will spend the $50+ dollars to get these documents to you and keep in mind,no other casino has done this to me in fact one after i made a deposit and they asked for documents heard my explanation and put my money back on my card in under 48 hours so i dont want to hear its impossible for them to do that,they would be flat out lying!  no other casino in my history has ever done this to me after getting as much money as they could off me and then kept it!!!  :'$

Ok here goes,

I have checked across all casinos and I can find a total of $96 in deposits, $71 in 2011, and $25 in 2013, after the deposit in 2013 support staff from Buzzluck attempted to call you to verify details, on the third attempt somebody answered and denied knowing the account owner.

In 2014 there was another attempt to make a deposit, the deposit attempt failed. This was not because there was a deficit of $1.26, it was because security checks were failed and your account flagged.

Now this could be for many reasons, (reasons that I am not willing to go in to detail over the forum), however the casino the has a right to protect itself. At this point our cashier team requested that you send in documents to verify your identity. You refused, and your accounts were closed.

If you wish to speak to someone regarding your accounts in more detail then I would contact cashier@highnooncasino.com due to data protection there is only so much I can put on here.

Remember these people are here to help you resolve these situations, repeatedly referring to them as terrorists will not help anyone solve the matter.

I had not played at Club World in a year and then i recently deposited $20 and played for about 4 minutes (no lie) on 20 and 40 cent bets. I did receive 100 free spins for Halloween and only got around 5 bucks. I stopped playing because i could not get any playtime there. I do not like the $20 paste and pay deposit or the not so good bonuses they give (one reason i do not take a bonus). As a  low roller i had to find somewhere else i could play where i could deposit lower and enjoy more then minutes playing. I asked for a bonus but was told no,so i asked Karolina to close my account. She could also see from my history that every deposit ever made lasted minutes  8'|. Sometimes people say minutes and it is longer so i want to be very clear when i say minutes, i mean minutes. I do enjoy playing and occasionally winning, but when your play time is like that i suggest you look for somewhere else to play(just my opinion). Maybe i will play again one day but not right now. I had the worst play time there too. Besides I don't deposit with them anymore because A) They offer too many sub 100% bonuses and B) Their bonuses are non cashable. There are just too many other RTG that offers better bonuses that are cashable as well...

sorry that happened,the only reason i fought to be able to deposit is because lcb ranks them pretty high and i thought that was because of their honesty,i was wrong,i think the rankings are based on how much commision lcb makes from which casinos and i cant say i blame them,after all they(lcb) are offering valuble services to us and they cant badmouth them if they make so much through signups. i understand now,its only based on buissness-from now one i will research each and every new casino i want to deposit at on my own and just use lcb as a probability of a decent casino guide. thank you everyone for helping me with this,i went into this with zero expectations after what they said on the phonecall to them,snickering because im disabled was what really got me wild,people like that are the kind of people who would have stephen hawking "put to sleep" because of his disbility.

I have given you the reason why your account was closed unfortunately you have failed security checks, and we are within our rights to protect ourselves from future deposits. We did not steal your money,  you played all balances in full, and lost - Over a year ago.

You tried to deposit again recently  (1 year later) and was blocked by our automated security systems. Something has changed in the last year, as every deposit is screened, and the deposits you made 1 year ago were cleared.

I understand that day to day life can be hard and filling in documents is not your number one priority however due to the failed security checks we will need them if you wish to play further with us.

I cannot go in to huge detail over a forum for data protection, but I have offered you a resolution in emailing our cashier team for more information, whether you chose to explore that is entirely your choice.
