        Hi guys,

        Sorry that i keep posting things about casino that are not so good.
        this time i am having delayed withdrawal with Casino Golden Glory.
        It is listed as new casino in LCB and i saw they allow skrill as withdrawal and deposit options.

        Seems good i tried depositing,
        after i made some winnings i tried to withdraw but there was no skrill as WD options.

        well i opened a ticket and they said they are having problem with skrill and therefore i need to make withdrawal with wire transfer.

        I made my withdrawal on 15Apr. And today is 30th April and i still couldnt see it in my bank account. PLUS, i am from non-EU country so wire transfer costs me 15Eur, when i wont have any charges while withdrawing to my skrill.

        Well it is quite disappointing. Not that i want to badmouth this new casino, but if you are going to try this casino, make sure they allow withdrawal method that you prefer.

        Thank you, hope this casino can improve so they wont hear complaints from another player.

        I had the same problem once with a casino where I used neteller to make a deposit and when I tried to withdraw they only had skrill,visa and wire transfer.
        The ugly thing is that in some cases you can't see what method you can use before you will make your first deposit and sometimes even if you trie to contact the support they answer to you in 1 day if they don't have live chat.

        i contacted the rep too.
        but i think they cant do anything since they have problem with skrill dont think will have get my money to my skrill.
        They answered my ticket and said their finance has sent the wire transfer to my bank,
        but well i guess i will just have to wait.
        will update you guys if i got the money

        How long does it usually take to withdraw by wire? I just avoid that method as much as I can... Maybe they really have problems with Skrill...
        Anyway, I hope you will get your money ASAP!

        i did few times withdrawal bye wire and it took max 5 days for me..so i think it is next casino with very slow withdrawals if they will pay..

        yeah but they stated that the skrill withdrawal will take 1 biz day only.
        so if this casino allows skrill again i guess it is a good place to play.
        i am from asian country so i guess wire transfer takes longer.

        As already explained the payment has been sent from us, we have been chasing the bank to know what happened with your payment.

        Regarding other payment methods such as Skrill, they are instant and the money is sent as soon as the withdrawal approved from us (normally in less than 3 working days). We have temporarily suspended other withdrawal methods such as Skrill because we had fraud issues, we are currently working on security measures to improve our casino's security and we will re enable them soon. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but we can assure you that you will get your money.

        Hi again, I can confirm that the payment has been sent from our bank on the 23rd of April to the account details you have indicated to us. Therefore you just have to be patient. We cannot do anything else. We hope you will get your money in the account soon.
