        Ok to start things off this post is more of a warning to players who play or are thinking of playing at Apollo Slots
        I have done at least three deposits at this new casino and constantly recieve spam from them offering me no deposit Freespins and freechips , I played the spins a few back and on freedom day ( a South African holiday ) on Wednesday they emailed me telling me I have a freedom day R220 bonus to activate in my account I logged on and indeed it was there , I activated it and successfully met the wagering requirments , I was pleased and requested a withdrawal of R500 , support emailed me and told me the funds have been confiscated as no deposit was made inbetween the Freespins I played weeks earlier and the current ND I just used , I'm familiar with RTG having these terms and conditions in place, but my problem is this !
        Often if I have not made a deposit inbetween the no deposit offers then the current no deposit offer cannot be claimed and is disabled until I make a qualifying deposit in order to unlock the privilege of using a no deposit bonus , this was not the case and I am a very active player with many casinos so if i am able to request a bonus and it's not restricted or disabled then I assume that I have made a deposit prior to taking the bonus, I  am By no means a bonus abuser I have deposited at this casino and played max 3 no deposit promotions of which were offers that were emailed by the casino to me urging me to play , another shady and rouge tactic of this casino is just that , if a player does not qualify for a promotion then don't spam the players inbox trying to intice them with offers that in the event of the offer favoring the player the casino has no intention of fulfilling.

        It would be a great bonus if this issue could be resolved but I doubt it will based on how rude the support was and the general reputation of RTG casinos but if this post even helps one player not experience the frustration and anger that I have experienced then the loss of deposits and confiscation of winnings are worth it  8'|

        Thank you MelissaN  The main hope of this post is warn other members, I've already counted this as a loss and a lesson learnt , They new and on a mission to rob players , another Rouge casino I guess

        I managed to contact the affiliate with whom I Registred through for Apollo Slots casino , they said they will look into for me which I I'm very moved by as it is a weak case on my part but hopefully if anything gets a message out to a lot of the RTG casinos out there to work on thier bonus systems and how they issue them out and hopefully upgrade to what more modern casinos have in place in regard to issuing bonuses to qualifying players,
        I mean all casino bonus system will release a reload ,match and Freespin  bonus only once a deposit has been made in the same way I'm sure they could disable bonus that can only be used upon recent deposit , they have the tech and software they just don't want to use it

        I just found out that Apollo Slots is owned by Silversands and Jackpot Cash which explains a lot actually as they notorious for this type of behavior, the Internet is ridden with warnings to players about them especially regarding the terrible support and rudeness of the cs along with complaint after complaint of payouts not being honored ,
        Moral of the story is do proper homework before playing anywhere

        I read some bad reviews of Silversands and Jackpotcash on different site but I have not found real complaints about missed payments or others.
        It would be interesting to understand what is the degree of trust of this group ....
        I'm interested in their offerings but these doubts prevent me to deposit and play.
        I have no withdrawal problem on Silversands ... but my winnings were small.
        Could you give me some advice?

        The reviews are mixed are the net since the original owner passed away some time ago, they have improved thier reputation since but they still on the warning lists and Rouge pits at many other forums,
        I have personally had issues with jackpot cash when I first started playing online so Apollo slots attitude and practices don't shock me now, my Girlfriend however shares the same experience as you though in that she has also had no issues with them and has always recieved her payouts but she has been a member with them since they first hit the scence buying Pigs Peak poker ( Silversands Poker)  if you haven't had any issues with them and they pay you when you request a withdrawal with no stall tactics ect then you seem to be in thier good books like my GF , my experience has only been negetive with the group as a whole since day one, be cautious though because they are walking on very thin red tape , they operating the casino in South Africa which is illegal and according to the South African gambling board  they are in the process in issuing them with penalties and fines hopefully very soon,  they have no integrity in the buisness they offer in my view and as  I'm sure you have experienced with the poor and rude customer support / service they deliver
        So in conclusion in my personal experience they terrible and don't deserve to prosper but like I said if they paying you without any issues , then go for it  8'|
        But seriously rather take some time go through the net with a fine comb and do a comparison online with casinos offering what you looking for and more and compare the T&Cs to one another and go from there
