    Hi Richard and sorry for the problems you have with Atlantis Gold Casino.I have one question for you,do you ever check casino history before making a deposit,as a casino complaints or even its a  freebie ,so that way you would know what to expect from selected casino.Atlantis Gold Casino as i know is full of complaints and not resolved ones,so maybe they are paying but when ??If i see some casino with up to 30 complaints and 27 not resolved,then there is something wrong with that casino,dont you agree ?

    Sorry Richard about your problem with getting your winnings, BUT, Atlantis is on the no-no list here at LCB. I hate to say this BUT, I doubt you checked the list first before playing anything at this casino.  This is due to your membership level newbie.  Am I correct with my assumption?

    There's not much anyone can do to help if you don't take the time to check on a casino's performance.  You'll probably eventually get paid, BUT, heaven knows when????

    Good Luck in receiving your winnings, BUT, next time check a casino first and you'll avoid all the hassle.

    Sad that i really like the games but not the casino. These guys are rogue thru and thru with their tactics thumbs_down .Lucky for me, it is not easy to trust places,especially with my money dizzy.

    i did contact the rep nothing back yet, the only reason i never checked out Atlantis gold my brother played and won they payed him with no problem, i do like there video poker  are there any honest betonsoft casinos

    We're aware that this has taken really long to be resolved . There are bank policies that needs to be settled from the processor's part.
    We greatly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. As previously mentioned, we're making arrangements with other providers that can service payment to your location. Rest assured you'll be kept informed on new developments.

    Wise decision. This casino and its sisters have a history of slow play. Just like at the freebies they give out of just .01 cents. This alone should tell one that the casino is underfunded.
