  • Hi again guys,

    I dont know why i keep encountering bad luck these days (my previous post about fortuna juegos)
    Yesterday i decided to play at vegas red as i was emailed with 400% deposit matchup.
    So i chatted with the live help and was told that the wagering req is 20x bonus and the min deposit is 20.
    The live help also told me that the bonus might not be automatic so if i didnt get it he would adjust it afterwards.i deposited and get 20bonus and the live help adjusted it with another 60bonus
    the wagering req according to the live help should be (20+80)x100 which is 2000.

    After playing quite sometime, then i compute the COMP POINTS which should exceed 2000.
    then i asked the live chat and i was told that i still have to wager 500+
    i asked them how come i still have to wager as i have calculated COMP POINTS accordingly.
    then the live help now told me that i have 2 bonuses!
    ( (20+20)x20 )  +  ( (20+60)x30 ) which is more than 2000..

    Wth is this...
    I feel so pissed.
    It's like a bonus TRAP and the live help cant do anything about it and ask me to accept it by just saying "sorry it is a misunderstanding"and you press the accept button when the pop up came out.

  • nah not yet still struggling with the 500+ wagering req.
    The live help said he would adjust it to the promised promotion 400% bonus with 20x wagering req..
    the pop up didnt not have any choice..it's just stating ü received 60 bonus and an OK button.

  • from what i calculate from my COMP Points i have finished wagering.
    they mentioned it too that i have passed 2000.
    but bcos the wagering is much higher, i havent met the wagering req.

    by the way i am REALLY PISSED with the live help.
    they can do nothing.
    a live help named 'Lia' can check the wagering req directly but another live help named 'sherrie'cant.
    this casino is really LOUSY!
    my balance left can allow me to cash out i wont come back to this casino,
    hopefully u can rate down this casino so that others wont experience the same thing as me.

  • I don't rely on live help because they are lucky to know what casino they represent. They never know a stinking thing and hire wankers that know a lot about nothing.  Granted some are cool and can't put them all down but some of these live support need a new job.

    - If live support finaly say players yes sorry thats true you alredy finish you can withdrawal money- even send emai confirmed abaout this all is finish - bonus money conversion to real money...

    then after player make withdrawal - few days - and they send  next email - you still must wager example 200$ .....( Layer Cheting)

    - Often veryfications procedure  send paper documents with layer singnature to filipine.....  not SCAN  only orginal  with layer signature to filipine......
