  • I feel it is about time that I post my frustrations with Betchain Casino. I am what the casino describes as a Level 5 player (according to the descriptions on their website). 

    In the Two plus years i have been playing-and the $$$$$ (more than 60 grand) at this casino I have NOT even been contacted ONCE by the VIP Manager.  Not Once!!!

    In addtion I have never recieved the gifts as stated in their Levels of VIP. Each Level a VIP goes a higher a special gift would be added to his/her account. Well I am at their highest tier and guess what NOTHING!!!

    Emails to their support go unanswered!!! Nothing gets addressed. I thnk it is Disgusting.

    Now to all those who read this and wonder "Why is this person still playing here?". The answer is because they pay ( and if you win big they pay).

    However I will be shopping aorund for another casino because Betchain does not treat its players or honor their words regarding VIP's.

    In addtion the casino changed their limits in their betsoft games without telilng the customers. No more 40 cent maximum spins it is now 20 cents. Does the casino tell the players this NO.

     

    Just awful so if you are a big player avoid this casino-Nightmare

    This level of support doesn't sound like us, but since I can't identify you via this post, please would you send me your account information and I will look into your account.

    Our VIP Club has consisted of different programs at different points. Although you may not have received exactly what is listed on our VIP page, if you have been playing with us for 2 years, I am sure you have received many gifts, if not more, than what is currently offered. Most of the time, our casino hosts goes above what our current VIP Program is offering. Please, would you let me know who your casino host is and I will speak to them?

    As you said, we do pay, and we pay big, as we have since we started 3 years ago. We are very proud of this, as it is not the case at other casinos.

    That is not true. You tell me when the last time a VIP host was in conact with me??.

    I am asking for a 2 btc gift to satisfy me for being level 5. Your casino cleary stated a specail git would be give for each of the 5 levels.

    In addtion Brian, am I not correct that your betsoft games the max amount of spins were changed to a max of 20 cents pers spin from 40 cents. Why was not the players informed of this?

    My comments are honest and fair.

    The only time I saw your name in an email fto me is in regaring the monthly loyalty gift (which all players get)

    I am here to be honest and fair with my assesement on my treatment. And over 60,000 dollars in depsoits I think I have the right to  voice an opinion.

    The gift with each level is a relatively new addition to our VIP program and was unveiled after you reached our highest level, Level 5. You have historically been credited with more bonuses and more gifts than the current program allows.

    The games settings are not done by us, but by the providers. 

    Both Sofia and I have contacted you many times, but you preferred speaking with Ashley and we tried to respect that.

    Everyone has a right to voice their opinion and I am only trying to state the facts. You have absolutely deposited a lot of Bitcoin here and we have absolutely bonused a lot of Bitcoin and credited your account with free gifts of a lot of Bitcoin.

    I am sorry but the 80% in bonuses and 28% in gifts we have credited to your account prevents us from crediting an additional 2 BTC gift at this time. 

    We value you and really want to see you happy, but the numbers just don't qualify the gift now.

    In addition-still think that as a casino. It is the casino to inform the players on any changes even if was not done by the casino but by the provider. I have contributed so much to some of those 40 cents per spin progressives that to see that taken away by your provider is coimpletely not right

     

  • One final comment two of those bonues that were given to me was regarding personal issues "My mother's passing". as well as having a conversation with your general manager personally before he left the company.

  • I've noticed a significant change in Betchains attitude on other forums.  Not sure what changed, but it went from "were sorry for mistakes, were trying to improve" to "idgaf", this last response is perfect example.

  • I absolutely agree with how the support seemed to change overnight.

    I have been a regular depositor at Betchain for close to working on two years.

    About two months ago I started to notice irregularities with the support, then about a month ago I felt that betchain must have sold out to another casino because the casino as a whole WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. The support staff became absolute jerks and seemed to be rooted in another country that did not use english as their first language.

    I also told support to close my account today after being told that my account did not qualify for my weekly friday free spins (that is given to every player, every week) because I had made a cashout this week.

    unbelievably disgusting and greedy.

    Dont belive at all what this Host (Brian) is saying.

    In fact I contatced SOFTSWISS (betchain's platform) via livechat.

    SOFTSWISS said It is up to each CASINO to change the bets/per spin etc.

    If you ask me personally I think they are scared of people winning big and affecting the casino's bottom line. 

    I am trying out new bitcoin casinos already. I will post my results  in terms of HOW a casino SHOULD treat its players.
