  • Hello everybody!

    My withdrawal from bingo.com has been blocked ! The withdrawal of money was blocked after the expiration of 24 hours from the date of filing the application for payment. I did not receive any letter or notification about this. Applying to the chat support, I found out that this is some kind of account check, but from me no proofs or documents are required!
    To my question how long this test will last I was told that an unknown amount of time. The bottom line is that I should sit in a chair and wait when they want me to pay money to my bank account. At the same time, I was ready to provide all the necessary documents for confirmation, but they were not requested! Help me understand this behavior of the casino bingo.com !

    This casino sister of Unibet.com and Bingo.com . In these 2 casinos I have everything in order with the documents and I go to my account and can play. In Maria.com I was blocked for some reason, and after I sent all the documents (about 7-8 names of different documents and evidence) I was told to wait about a week in the chat room for my account to be unlocked. Although in 2 sister casinos with this all right.

    In support, first said that the documents do not fit need to send others. I did it. Then they said that 48 hours needed to wait. Then after 2 days they said that it would take several days. I was asked to confirm only the address of residence! I sent 7 (!) Documents and they need 7 days to check these documents ???? Complete nonsense !!!

  • I see in the Bingo.com terms that withdrawals can be delayed but this generally requires docs from the player. Since this isn't the case with you, I've contacted them to see what's going on. Will let you know what I find out.

    Please let us know if your withdrawal is approved in the meantime.

  • So I put money on payment on March 19. The withdrawal was frozen on March 20, for no reason. Later 21 was thawed, but documents were requested. The documents were immediately sent. The period for checking documents is stated by the rules and support of the casino - 1-3 days. It took 3 days. The documents were not confirmed. Several documents were sent in good quality. Selfi with a document in hand was also sent . 

    In support I was offered to wait a few more days (4-7), because they have a lot of work. I categorically do not like it. I'm not ready to wait so many days, and then still wait 3-7 days for payment to the bank account! I consider this a violation of all rules and deadlines and immediately prepare complaints about the forums askgamblers.com and casinomeister.com and in the company to monitor the casino Bingo.com

  • A declined payment does not mean they're scamming you. We don't take non-payment issues lightly, but to be fair, we must give them an opportunity to explain the reasons for denying your payment. Were you not given an explanation?

  • I've just checked in with them again and they've said your withdrawal was approved. It takes 3 days or so to receive, which is why they said you should have it Thursday. Your account was never blocked nor have they declined your cashout. The delay was due to the steps required for players from your country - it took a bit longer than anticipated. 

    I understand you are anxious to receive your payout and it's on the way. There is nothing more you need to do except to confirm here when you receive the money.
