      09/29/2013 about 9 weeks ago, I deposited twice on the same day. I did not request any bonus. After making my 2nd deposit, I reached $290.00 and decided to cash out. I called customer support to find out what docs I needed to send in. During our conversation, the support person told me that I could not cash out for $290.00. I could only cash out for $300.00 or $200.00. I was stunned, but the support person assured me positively about this policy. So, I cancelled my request and returned to playing. As you would expect, I never reached $300.00 and cashed out at $200.00. You'd think that it couldn't get any worse, Well, it's been 9 weeks and my withdrawal still has not been processed. While talking to support a week later, I asked about not being able to cash out for $290.00. He said that he'd never heard of such a policy! When you call Bingohall.com on the phone, you are told that every call is recorded. So I asked him to pull up the recording between myself and that support person. He said that could be done. Well, it seems that my complaint has been and is still being ignored. I advise that you do not associate yourself with bingo hall. It's been my worst experience since I started playing online since 2006.
      Update: 10/07/2013 Last Friday, I again spoke to bingo hall because they sent me an email that before they would approve my withdrawal, I had to send all required documents to 7REELS Casino because I had an account there!!!I have deposited once at 7REELS and lost. I never requested a withdrawal from 7REELS. After a frustrating with the Bingo Hall Security, he finally assured me that my withdrawal would be processed Monday, Today. Well, today I got an email from bingo hall, read it for yourself.
