        I'm not sure if Bovada has a rep here but my situation is regarding my payout. I have deposited a lot and finally put in for a smaller withdrawal that was approved on October 20th. It has been 12 business days now and still no check or tracking number. At this point I'm wandering if I'm even going to get paid. All I get from customer service is the same answer 5-10 business days depending on traffic. Please help

          Thanks dhl delivering today from Singapore. Has me a little worried bovada instructed me to deposit it via ATM which is also weird.

          I've gotten checks from bovada before, my last payout was requested June 20 and delivered Aug 8th with the same instructions and also from Singapore.  The check might take a little longer to clear the bank but I've never had one not clear.  As for Bovada's customer service it really depends on which way you contact them, phone has been good email has been frustrating.  Bottom line is they do pay and the checks have never been bad (for me at least).
