        I am here to post complaints about box24 casino withdrawal problem from ND bonus.
        here is the problem:
        - I registered and got 24 bonus chip as welcome bonus.
        - I received a welcome email saying that I can withdraw max 50 from the bonus.
        - I made through the wagering req and requested a withdrawal of 50
        - sent docs and faxback form and were accepted so my account was verified.
        - The withdrawal was made on 30/5/2013 at 04:00
        - Asked the live help and was told it will take about 72 BIZ hours.
        - on 3/6/2013 the status of withdrawal changed from PENDING to APPROVED.
        - I cant find any money credited to my SKRILL.
        - Asked live chat again and was told that the finance manager will contact me in 24 hrs through mail. .
        - today (the day i post this topic is 6/6/2013.

        I really hope that the casino can help me with this problem.
