    this is very long story!!!!
    p.s. i have got all screenshots from terms if they willchange them now and i have all chat historys where can see that every agent told me something new!

    I fell sorry that i have to do that, but boylecasino want to stole my money!

    So,
    i got some euros at skrill-7.70 and searched some bingo site where to play at with that money, find out boylebingo, havent read bads and deposited money. Got same nice wins and then with my cash went to the casino (searched out where i can play more), there was nice bonus available-100%, so i bought in with a tenner..i was unbelievebla lucky and won 625 euros with single spin on game Fruit Mania (bet 0.75 and game is allowed with bonus funds), so after wagering i requested withdrawals 220 euro and 300 euro! Then i went to the chat-i was very happy and asked how long i have to wait for withdrawal tog et it in skrill?! They told me maximum 24 hours or even much faster, so this is big win for me, thats why time to time i went to the live help to check how is going! Next morning stillnothing, but 24 hours havent gone..so i were told that i have to wait till 14.38 (exactly 24hours) ok, terms is terms.!
    Then next time there was left 59mins (im sure everyone understand how u feelwhen u know that right after 59 mins u will get ur big win), and agent Maire told me-that i have to wait those 59 mins. Super!
    59mins gone...2 hours gone..no payments! I went to the live help and asked again what is going on ? They answered some deelay...ok..i was  a little bit angry, but what can i do..nothing...
    Late evening i went to chat again-i was really angry and i asked what is going on ? Again new info-deelay..still deeelay..and then later-new agent-new info-oh my wins is under review...come on, i played ONLY one allowed game and havend broke any single term! After long chat they explained that everything is okay-i will get my money asap, there is just some deelays, nothing strange!
    Next morning (today), i went to chat and i was totaly angry and they apologise 100x and bla bla bla..the same....i were told that i have to wait till evening!!
    Few hours later i logged in my account (succesfully) and surprise-all my withdrawals-520 euros i back in my account! I went to the live chat and asked-Is this any joke? now i have to wait 2 more days or what ? First they again told me the same-deelays..problems..bla bla bla,...agent checked it with the security team, then he asked me how much i want to withdraw ..mhm?? what?? of course all the same amount! Then i went to the withdrawal page and tried to withdraw...
    And then come the best surprise-account is suspendet!
    Finally i understood what is going on-they dont want to pay 520 euros from little 7.70 deposit! Still till this minute i havent got information why my account has been suspendet-security team is checking it and they dont give any infi..really? how it is even possible?
    Next i asked explaining - why my aacount is suspendet and why i havent received my withdrawal?
    I checked all terms 10x - i havent broke no one rule!
    Then i got the best information! I used skrill depoist to play casino bonus which is not allowed!!!!!!!!!!!!! What huh??????? where the heck u got that info? iI went trought ALLLL rules-general..bonuses...all rules..no one term like that-and no one explain-im still getting information that they still check it, BUT my account is suspendet and no more any information.
    Till this minetu i have no information what is going on..no one reason why my account is suspendet..
    As i thought they still try to find any reason why not to pay and why they suspsendet my account! Because there is no one reason!
    Im sure they will give same new reason if they already did it-they cheating with rules-gave me info which dont exist on their sites t&c!
    I would like to get any help with this matter! Because i know that i won my money very fair!

  • But, there i can argue-i havent used casino bonus with skrill deposit- my deposit wen to bingo! whole deposit i spent on bingo and i won from bingo- so this bonus come not from skrill deposit-this money come from bingo wins, first- i deposited money and there was no guarantee that i will win anything on bingo, because i spent all my deposit, but i was enought lucky! So they are not right!!!!!!!!!

    went to the live chat and second surprise-yes i was right they simple stole my money! And they will not pay!!This is really rogue place!!!!
    I asked to explain wich rule i broke, because i havent played with my deposit casino, but im pretty sure they will simple ignore!

    And yes..i were in better hope for help from LCB...

    We got the info form the casino. Here's the final explanation: "‘Customers who choose to use Skrill or NETeller as their payment method are omitted from this offer. Any customer using the aforementioned payment methods will have their bonus and bonus winnings removed upon their withdrawal request. ‘

    This means it does not matter where the customer has played, they were not eligible for the welcome offer and as per the terms their bonus and bonus winnings was removed upon their withdrawal request."


    Unfortunately, there's nothing else we can do regarding your issue. These are the rules of the casino and they should be obeyed.
