  • I need help! I have been playing at btc-casino.io, where it says that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours- well, they have been dragging me around for over a week now, and keep saying "I'm in line" for the financial department to process, with no real explanation of why it is taking so long. All i can figure is i hit a little jackpot for 2800 mbtc, and the only amounts i have cashed out with them before are like 400-500 mbtc, so they can't seem to handle a big cashout, make me wait a week, then said i asked for too big of a cashout, so i had to make three little withdrawals/cashouts, and they have fulfilled one of the three but have been putting me off for days on the other two. I have chatted with the operator probably 20 times, and they just tell me to wait- most btc casinos have instant deposits and cashouts, and i feel really helpless because it is a bitcoin casino which is anonymous and i don't know what to do. Someone please help! Sincerely pos4christ  sad shocked dizzy

  • I hate to tell you this but you won't be seeing your money. This casino is a complete scam site. For one they are running ripped off versions of netent and novomatic slots. There are many complaints on the bitcoin forum for months for non payment stalling etc. I tested them several months ago cautiously with a very small bitcoin deposit of around $5 and tried cashing out and they never paid. You won't get anywhere with a scam rogue casino like this so its best to move on and chalk it up to experience to do better research when playing at an unknown casino. Back when I played they were still paying out some people but went completely rogue and do not pay anyone and also I've read complaints of players making deposits and they don't even give the credit to their accounts. Just outright stealing. There are many more reputable bitcoin casinos that you can play at. bitcasino.io is a great one and you will never have any problems there getting paid.

  • Thank you for your response- it is really disappointing as this could have been a great casino. I have started warning others about them, and thank you for providing the posts about others experience. I have let the casino know as well that i am starting to post on forums and blogs and they really need to get their act together 8 full days to process a bitcoin withdrawal is unacceptable. I will keep you posted if for some miracle they change. I should have known. Thank you

  • 8  full days? WOW maybe the virtual group owns them. That's unheard of for Bitcoins.

  • Hello pos4christ,

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles, a casino rep has been notified and I'll provide an update on the situation as soon as possible.

Have at least a wonderful weekend ahead.

    Best regards,
    Emma

  • Thank you so much Emma, I truly appreciate it.

  • Just wanted to update.... 9th day with no withdrawal- they don't process on the weekend- now it looks like 11th day at the earliest- just contacted chat and they say, "sorry for inconvenience but your request is in our financial department" And when i just asked when i will get my winnings, he says, "I hope you will get your winnings soon" I truly warn anyone who wants to play at this casino, it has been a stressful headache trying to cashout- please be cautious! exclamation 8'|

  • 12th day no withdrawal winnings!! Contacted support again today, they say they have no idea how long it will take, it is in "financial department" no way to contact financial department i just have to wait, no specified time on how long it might take, no idea how long it takes for other people to receive their withdrawals this is a ROGUE CASINO!!! >:(

  • Still no payment- not sure if anyone from LCB has tried to contact and what their response has been

  • sorry to hear that christ  sad, i hope u will received your payment soon dont give up convince them to pay u untill u really received the payment  smiley

  • Well I was going to point you towards the BitcoinTalk Thread...but I see youve already posted there.  Their rep hasn't been online for almost a month - keep pestering their support, but dont get your hopes up.

so i ope u will get the money soon and dont lose ur hope smiley cheesy thumbs_up thumbs_up thumbs_up
  • Hi pos4christ,

I just wanted to let you know that we are working hard to resolve this. I contacted the rep again today, hopefully we'll get some answers soon.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Kind regards,
    Emma

  • It's happen to me before so I play in new bingo site and I doesn't have any problem

  • Hi pos4christ,

The rep at the casino has responded and said the following:

    "Hello!
On the issue of payment of the player pos4christ, we clarified the situation.
He has  money to payment, the information submitted to the finance department. In a shirt time it will be processed. If a player has any additional questions, we will try to help as much as possible."

It seems your money is on the way. Now all we can do is sit back and wait. Please confirm once you receive it.

  • Melcb,

thank you so much for working hard on this- i seriously hope you are right. They have told me it is being processed everyday now but i never see the funds, i just created another withdrawal request because they seem to be ignoring my last to that i have made, hoping they will notice this one, i have 2153 mbtc left in my account, and i want all of it! So, as of yet today is almost 11/6, 17th day, no payment- i will check my account later today, and see if they will do anything- i have to be honest i will probably be shocked it if comes through. I do truly appreciate the help you guys are giving me- it means a lot! I have been seeing a few people win on their site in the "latest winners" section, and i just feel for them if i have not even been paid! I will keep you posted, fingers crossed thank you all others for your encouraging words thumbs_up

  •             This is really messed up.  When I first started playing there almost a year ago,  I never had the cashout problems  mentioned here.  I will say, however  that (I think it was my  last cashout several weeks ago)  took  much longer than anticipated.  (Like 3 days).  I love playing there because of the games but every one of the NetEnt games crashes on me at some time during play.    I have told support about it as this has happened many times during a bonus round.  The CS  is always very polite but it seems to take a long time to get things resolved.  Pos4christ,  I  really hope this comes to a satisfactory conclusion  because I really like the site and would like to continue playing there.

  • Hey Bongo,

Thanks so much for your positive words. It is now day 19 and no payment- unfortunately, it is not looking good here. I actually started another complaint on askgamblers.com, because now i am determined to get the word out about this place- and interestingly enough another player had the same complaint as me! Just two weeks earlier, they had won 3000 mbtc, and had not been paid as of yet! Something has gone really wrong there, let's hope for a miracle but they are not responding to lcb reps, askgamblers reps, myself or this other person- so not sure what else we can do but warn people this casino is up to no good-

  • Wow - sorry you are having so much trouble. For future references try to only play at casinos that offer live support. Emails are a thing of the past and if a casino can't afford live support. Then its a possibility they can't afford to pay winners.

  • Sounds like it's a good thing I had "lost" my deposits there.  Otherwise if I had won, I might have been in the same boat.  Sorry your going through all of this.  Maybe if they don't answer soon maybe a warning might be order?

  •               Yeah,  I don't understand what the hold up is,  I mean  with Bitcoin there's no excuse in my mind why it should take this long.  Most time I ever waited at other BTC sites is 24 hours --or less.  Bitstarz and Bitcasino.io  being among the fastest I've seen.  Hope this works out  Pos4christ,  keep us up to date.

  • This site seems to be run by the same people as pocketdice -  coinprofit.io

They also advertise lol instant cashouts on both btc-casino and coinprofit.io

If I were OP and hadn't already, I'd be making some noise with whoever the highest I could find was at coinprofit.io

Ive bumped their thread on a different forum already.

  • OP, have you been paid by this casino yet? If not I think a warning sign may need to be issued. This is not good coming from a bitcoin casino...

  • Hi Pos4chrsit,

I have been notified by the rep that you have been paid the whole amount. Please confirm if you have received payment.

  • Hi. coinprofit.io is an affiliate company. It doesn't run Pocketdice. btc-casino uses white lable of Pocketdice. So if there are any issues about pocketdice.io - we will be glad to check it but please check your information and don't make unchecked suggestions.

  •
    Hi.

Here is some information that can be checked.

Coinprofit.io is an affiliate company that launched in November 2014 offering one product.  btc-casino

In February 2015, they added Pocketdice.io

That's all.  Nothing else since and here we are almost two years later.

Both Pocketdice.io and btc-casino are promoted on coinprofit as offering instant cashouts, yet players have reported cashouts taking weeks or longer to receive their funds.

Both Pocketdice.io and btc-casino have been known to lie directly to players or simply ignore them on forums.  Btc-casino about their pirated software and delayed cashouts and more recently pocketdice.io when their solvency was questioned after month long series of broken promised and other stalling tactics while a player waited for a large withdraw.  (still waiting for a response to my pm, by the way pocketdice)

Notice the activity pattern for the site reps of pocketdice, btc-casino and coinprofit on bitcointalk

  • Hi TwitchySeal,
Thank you for this huge amount of attention to Pocket Dice.
First of all, we'd like to discuss your accusations of us being the same company with coinprofit.io and btc-casino.io. We're not the same company, we're just partners of that network. Btw we've got plans on leaving this network as we're not really satisfied with the results they're giving us. Any coincidence in our activity is random. We're not going to comment anything on it, as we've got nothing to say about that.
Secondly, you've started asking us to provide cold wallet addresses right after our investigation with our player chelashin was over and the money had been paid out.
    Here's what we think:
There's no better proof than our flawless reputation. We've paid out 100% of all cashouts since our official launch in 2014. This is thousands of bitcoins.
The case with the big win (102 btc in total) needed some investigation to be carried out. The rolls looked suspicious, the win was (and still is) the biggest of all time in Pocket Dice. Investigation before payout is a common practice in gambling.
Yes, we've had some problems with our Xapo wallet, and yes we haven't done a good job about informing our players in here here back then, but the only reason for that is that we were doing our best to pay the player asap.
    3. As I've said earlier, we were surprised with your activity in this thread and soon understood that some research is necessary here.
So it turns out you're not registered in Pocket Dice (at least with your usual nickname TwitchySeal).
Also, we have soon found these cases:
    https://www.betcoin.ag/twitchyseal-offered-me-money-instagram-lie-about-betcoin
    https://www.betcoin.ag/twitchyseal-back-it-again-offering-me-help-trash-betcoin-proof-below
All this makes me think you may be somehow related to one of our competitors and your posts here are an attempt to ruin our reputation. That's why we're not going to participate in any kind of further discussion with you.
    Cheers

  • Hi Pocketdice,

Thank you for this huge amount of attention to Pocket Dice.

    You're welcome.

First of all, we'd like to discuss your accusations of us being the same company with coinprofit.io and btc-casino.io  We're not the same company, we're just partners of that network. Btw we've got plans on leaving this network as we're not really satisfied with the results they're giving us. Any coincidence in our activity is random.

That's great.  Many other sites would just deny is and then refuse to discuss it.  The fact that you're willing to discuss it sets a great example...

We're not going to comment anything on it, as we've got nothing to say about that.

    Wait...what?

    1. There's no better proof than our flawless reputation. We've paid out 100% of all cashouts since our official launch in 2014. This is thousands of bitcoins.

Your reputation isn't flawless.  Even if it was, a message signed by an address with an adequate amount of Bitcoin would be better proof.

The fact that you are keeping significant ammounts of bitcoin on Xapo is a red flag.  You're relying on a third party to hold and protect your players money.  What if they get hacked or disappear with your money?  Why not do it yourself? Check out how betking does it: https://betking.io/blog/2016/9/27/How-BetKing-Secures-5000-Bitcoin-of-user-funds  (no, I don't work for Betking)  You're behaving exactly the way I would expect a site to behave that didn't have the funds necessary to run their site responsibly.

    3. As I've said earlier, we were surprised with your activity in this thread and soon understood that some research is necessary here.
So it turns out you're not registered in Pocket Dice (at least with your usual nickname TwitchySeal).

Anyone who is interested in the truth behind these accusations should check out this thread I created: Betcoin.ag Retaliates (Collection of scam accusations against me)

In summary: They offered a player to make that post to discredit me.  The skype logs are obviously fake and even have a typo in my name at one point.  The screenshots are of a "Twitchyseal" skype account with the space in the wrong place.  This is pointed out by other players in the comments.

I've also been accused by Betcoin of ddosing their site.  Also 100% false.

I don't work for any other site.  My only motivation is to stop letting bitcoin sites get away with scummy behavior.  In the long run it's bad for everyone, including the sites that are acting scummy.  Every time a site gets away with something dishonest, the chances of another site acting similar goes up.

If anyone has any doubt that the accusations against me are fabricated, let me know.  I'm happy to explain in more detail, but at the same time want to avoid posting a wall of text.  I have nothing to hide.

    (I don't use skype anymore)
