                        I  need help with btc-casino.io.    My games frequently stop in the middle of play;  more importantly,  they seem to do this while in the middle of a bonus round.  This seems to happen more frequently with the NetEnt games I have noticed.    Yesterday  during a bonus round on "Dead or Alive"  with about 8 or 9 spins remaining,  the screen went blank  and I received an error message that said  This game is not available at this time.  This happened around  11: 55  AM,  EST.  Customer service was notified.  I'm  frustrated with this because this has happened on numerous occasions and I have informed them of this.  Please help me with this.

                    Thank you,  I have  informed them  of the situation right after it happened.  I  was informed it was given to the "technical department" .  I am a loyal  player and put a lot of money in and have Diamond VIP status.  I  do not like having to wait weeks  for answers.    I have still not heard back from previous issues that were almost identical to this one.

      I believe the whole purpose of this complaint is because your support was giving the OP a runaround. So you are not being really helpful by suggesting he should contact the support again, when that obviously led to nowhere...

                        Thanks 2fast4u,  It's all on record.  All they have to do is look at the history on the mail in the system.  I  hope we can resolve this quickly.
