CANT CONTACT VICS BINGO

Hi I'm hoping someone might be able to help me... i registered with Vics bingo a couple of months ago, I only ever played my free chips when I got them, on Thursday I decided to try it & deposit, I spoke to someone on live chat & was advised of my first deposit bonus, I played, won some money lost it & made 5 deposits throughout the night, I was losing then I got a decent win. I decided to go for a withdrawal, which I soon discovered I had to verify my I.d. I pressed the call me button to go ahead with the 1 off verification, I tried to contact live chat....there was a blank chat box, I tried to call them, the number was no longer avail. So I got all my I.D & emailed this to them to make things quicker, I have pressed the call me button loads of times, 4 days later & 4 emails, asking for someone to call me & I have achieved nothing as I still haven't had a call, I've had bonus chips added to my account....but can't play any games until I verify ny I.d.....I am fed up getting no where as there is no one on chat, phone or emails...can anyone tell me where I go from here....I've spent hours online looking for help but all I get is more frustrated & angry...in these 4 days I have received several pre recorded voicemail messages offering me a special bonus vailed for 24 hours only but the message always misses out the first part & I have no idea what the bonus is...I seen some horror stories about this company & I don't no what's true.surely they would get back to me quicker than 4 days (& counting) from the first email I sent, they make a bold statement of the 24 hours 7 days a week support to call for any help...but they hsve now removed the number from their site....is this a scam & I have lost not only my own money but my winnings to....these winnings would help me greatly & I would be devastated to lose it all....any help would be fantastic!...I'm so frustrated & angry that I can't get any answers from Vics. I checked this morning & got the daily prize promotion & won an other $67 bonus...but still can't do anything on the site...I get a warning message at the top of my account telling me to call them toll free....click the button....still no telephone number!!!
