cant withdraw my winnings no photo ID

hi can anybody give me advice on what to do next if a casino wont pay out my winnings because i dont have photo id? I sent in every other form of id possible like: utility bill, debit card(front and back)  i even sent in my working tax credits award and a photo of me holding my birth certificate because i dont have a passport and i lost my driving licence some time ago and havent been abe to replace it yet. the first person i spoke to from live chat says that the photo of me holding my birth certificate would be enough to compensate after having spoke to,  i take was her boss.  but they are insisting they want the driving licence now. I dont have photo ID. Im furious they have no problem at all taking your money. can anybody help plzzzz

unfortunately like you stated the casinos have no problem taking your deposit .I hope theres no time limit on your withdraw and you get this squared away soon 8'|

it is a standard casino procedure to ask for some sort of ID document for the verification purposes.

Like you said it is usually passport, driving license or your personal ID.

This is solely to prevent fraud. My advise to you is to get the new passport or ID , scan it and then email to casino in case.

i dont know where you live but with all of the documentation here in ny you can easily apply for an id card at dept of motor vehicle....it only costs a few dollars and it doesnt take long to get....good luck

                                        I had already informed the casino via live chat that i had no photo id, as a result i was told to send in a photo of me holding my birth certificate,  i did that and also sent front and back of my debit card that i deposit on, utility bills,  i even sent an up to date tax credit return.and a bank statement,then i remembered  i had a scanned photo of my driving licence in my emails that i had used for verification on a bingo site some time ago so i also sent that, now they are saying they want a photo of the back of it now. (talk about fighting a losing battle! m startng to feel defeated and feel lik giving up , but its for£350,The casino is Vegas Palms. wow, they want the back of your drivers license, that is BS you are getting the runaround!!
