        Thanks. Thanks for making me belive captain Jack was a "cut above the rest." Come to find out, Your SCUM. I needed that money to repair my car. I needed that money to help my daughter out I needed that money. I thought spending $34 and winning $2500 was big deal. Well. Yeah I gues it is when you rip off people.

        Good job CAPTAIN JACK. Rip of more people. You have no idea what you have done. I will do everything in my power to discourage people from spending even the smallest amount at your onoline casino ... RIPOFF RIPOFF RIPOFF

        There was a warning against this casino for slow pay or no pay.


        Warning: Captain Jack is sister casino to Silver Oak, Royal Ace, Planet7 and SlotMadness. which are known for extremely slow payments and poor customer support. They tend to pay the players, however payments are usually issued after a month+ , which is unacceptable business practice.


        I'm not sure how you could have missed it.  Otherwise they do have a rep on board that I believe can help you.

        I'm not sure if she's go the go to person any longer since she hasn't been around since October of 2015, yet it's worth a shot.  Maybe Zuga or someone will have a better contact if she doesn't work.

        I know the main issue with this group of casinos is the fact they take almost a month or longer to pay.  So delays and stalls aren't uncommon with this group.

        What exactly happened? Is it slow pay or did they find a reason to not pay you?

        They called me and gave me an offer I just couldn't refuse. It was basically a WIN WIN situation. I won cashed out in Late Nov and it was early Feb win I got paid. I have since closed my account.

        I guess the OP either got paid or said it wasn't worth the effort . Would be nice to get an update , not that i would ever play there  amp;.
