RESOLVED: Casino Extreme Stringing Me Along

They offer instant cashouts, I got one before for $120 it was great.  They told me didn't even need identification due to bitcoin only transactions. But this time I won more and had $675 cashout, this time they ask for identification.  They said my game play was verified but they needed identification because of suspicious IP.   I asked how long, they say not long.  I ask what's the longest, they say 4pm same day (about 10 hours later) I check in a few hours to make sure they get my documents bc no confirmation. Then as deadline approaches I watch as Bitcoin price goes up by 50 dolalrs and ask them what's going on. First they give smart ass response then next email they say now 2-3 days sorry! Now I'm not sure if I won or lost?  Please help. Where else can I go?  Here's email.

What seemed to be an easy verification (at least for me) has turned in to something else . Having said that ,the chat operators have no power to approve them which caused a delay and the person in charge has left the office .It was 4pm our time ,that's why you had to wait 18 hours to get verified .

Your winnings has been sent to your wallet earlier today and you will not be asked for verification again .

It does say that we don't ask for verification ,however once the software shows some similarity we have to ask for them .
