        hi blue....i was lucky enough to just win $2300 at casino fiz.....im just concerned about them paying me...i am asking you to assist me in keeping their feet to the fire until i am paid...i would greatly appreciate it...my user name at this casino is RNUZZO....please ...what ever you can do to secure payment would be greatly appreciated.....i won this money after making two (2) deposits....they have asked for supporting documents which i have provided...now i am told that the policy is max payouts are 10X anything below a deposit of $249.00...this was never mentioned when i was making these deposits.....if i recieve my money from them i will post it and tell everyone to check out this casino...but i got a feeling i might need alittle clout to get my legitimate winnings...anything you can do to help me would be greatly appreciated...thank you....rick nuzzo

        This post doesn't belong in this thread so I'm going to move it to player complaints in a moment.

        Sadly, this site has a warning on it and is therefore a rogue casino:

        "Warning: Players are advised to avoid this casino at all cost. Reports of slow or no payments and poor customer support were received. LCB also tried to assist one of our members and were given the runaround for almost two months with promises of swift payment."

        It's not looking too good I'm afraid.  The "10 x" deposit withdrawal rule for deposits under $249 is quite clear in their T & C and whilst I don't agree with it, it is clearly in their T& C. 

        Before I write to them on your behalf, can you tell me how long you have been waiting.  Their T & C clearly state 15-18 days from the moment your documents are accepted.

        Any Casino that has a MAX DEPOSIT LIMIT ON DEPOSITS is rogue

        I would never ever ever dream of playing in a casino that had this absolutely unfair disgusting rule ever in my life.

        It is the most disgusting thing in the world that a casino can do this on a straight deposit.

        STAY AWAY from them, but i hope u get at least your withdraw from this rogue casino, extra gl

        i just want to warn all my fellow players about this casino..i have legitimately won $3600 from them but all i have received was a runa round....a slick vip rep assigned to me telling me for a month that my money is on the way....STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO!!!..they wont even send my original bet back......im trying like hell to find out a little more about them...like what other casinos do the run on line...id like to shut their web site down in the states...any suggestions would be much appreciated.....i have never been so blatantly ripped off..ive been slow paid..but not locked out of my own account...club world casino group are very reputable and ive never had a problem with them...but stay away from casino fiz!!

        That said, there was a representative on the forum at some point but he's inactive since 2012. You can try a PM though, his profile is HERE.
