Casino Fiz - not paying, promises for 4 months

        In July 2012, I have won about 2300€ at Casino Fiz.
        After requesting a withdrawal, I received an email request for documents which I answered promptly. I had to sent the docs similar times until I managed to sent them directly to Chris, I think some kind of manager at Casino Fiz or Rival.

        I had a lot of emails with Chris, and some phone calls during December, and he asked me pardon and told me they had some kind of problem with moneybookers and would need to pay by bank wire or Neteller, and he promised it would be paid.

        In January I tried to contact Chris, but no response any more. The "live chat" support always was kind but no help. Now I've seen they fortunately have a rep here and I hope he will be able to help.

        Unfortunately Im not sure we can assist you as they are not replying to our emails anymore.

        They have been placed on our warning list for this reason and some other unresolved complaints.
