  • Did you played within the max bet limit of bonuses? the average max bet could be €5 per spin and. If you are not breaking any terms and rules they should pay your winnings as soon as the investigation ended.

    I had the same experience with other casino, they asked me to take a picture of me holding my ID, just to make sure I was real. It's stupid but apparently they are allowed to ask you that. I did sent them what the documents and payment still delayed, they threw me emails back and forth about ID and stuff and when I had enough I just contacted MGA about it, the next day I received my money!

    1 thing for sure thou, LCB will always giving you results! so no worries here maatje

    My guess is that this will be resolved ... Have been depositing and withdrawing without problems at this casino for years ... Maybe its because its an huge amount of money or something ...
