        Hi guys,

        I want to share my experience with this new casino: casino of dreams.
        When i saw there is a new casino in the "NEW CASINO" list, I tried casino of dreams (btw it is the casino version of butler bingo)
        I deposited with skrill with 100% matchup and completed the WR.
        Then I went to cashier and found that there is no skrill as withdrawal method (WTF?)
        The live chat told me that they are having problem with skrill.
        therefore i was asked about my bank details (bank wire method) and was told the max is 5 biz days.
        The money was approved and sent on 7th and today is already 16th.
        this casino is really slow. moreover, the live chat and the finance is separated. so if you want to ask anything regarding your withdrawal. you will have to wait because the live chat will have to contact finance dept first.

        I am still wondering when can i get my winning.. sigh

        I got a message from casino rep.

        Casino offer Skrill / MoneyBookers. However, due to your location it was unavailable so the funds needed to be sent via bank transfer. There was some back and forth regarding your bank details which delayed it more again.

        For UK players bank transfers would normally take 5 days. As an international player though, it takes a bit more time. You’ll be receiving an email today with an update but you should expect the funds in the next few days.

        You just have to be more patient and you will get your money. Don't worry. Casino rep was very responsive and she explained everything in detail as you can see.

        First of all Thank you for your help.

        Well I dont know why they have problem with my location.
        I played at many other casinos using skrill without any problem.
        I even withdrew from Butler Bingo to my skrill too before.
        This is just plain weird.

        I still prefer they send the money to my Skrill though.
        I will just wait for the fund then. Hopefully I will get it soon.
        Once i get it I will post an update here.

        I'm sorry to hear that but please allow one more day to pass since it was weekend maybe that's the reason you haven't got your winnings yet. Check your account tomorrow and then let me know. If there's still nothing I'm going to notify casino rep, don't worry about that.

        now they said they never hold any details regarding my bank details.
        so they were not even trying to send the money to my bank account cos they dont even keep my bank details.
