I'm a disabled veteran and tried my luck at Prism Casino a few days ago with a $50 deposit. I was fortunate enough to hit a Royal and eventually cashed out $500. I emailed Prism everything it asked for.....email attachments with images of both sides of the credit card I used, my drivers license, a current utility bill, and, for good measure, my VA medical photo ID card.
I didn't receive an email response one way or the other, so I returned to the casino and saw that they had denied my withdrawal request with no explanation and inexplicably placed $50 "withdrawable" cash into my account.
Of course, the minimum withdrawal is $100, so Prism is expecting that I will lose the current $50 in the account.
If I am not worthy of Prism winnings, why am I worthy to have Prism place $50 into my account?
I enjoy limited online gambling, but I expect the casinos to be honest. Prism isn't.

Unfortunately, this is a known rogue casino with the following warning on it our casino review:

"Warning: Please be advised that you can expect slow delayed payments, delayed withdrawal tactics and voided winnings from this casino group. Prism Casino is part of the Virtual group, and has been known for offering a quantity of no deposit bonuses. This is one of the reasons why they have been under attack by bonus abusers, fraudsters, multi accounters etc, making it harder for regular players. That of course is not an excuse for their long and delayed payments. They do pay eventually if the player meets all the terms and conditions. Please note that if player breaches even the slightest rules, they can expect winnings to be voided. Its up to the players discretion to decide whether to play here or not. We ask you to proceed with caution with this casino group."

Before playing at another casino, I recommend checking out all casinos with warnings - look for the next to the name of the casino.  You can view all casinos HERE

Sorry you had to find out the hard way.
