        This happened with one of my mothers old colleague.
        I think it is very unfair, Casinoeuro sent promotional email to her, when she made a deposit she didnt got bonus and there is full chat.
        P.s. she is member only few months, did few depos and only one withdrawal, there is NO reasons to call her bonus abuser.
        There is no futher problems, i post this because i think few of u have to know it, because it can happen to anyone. Better if u ask before deposit if u will ge tthat bonus.

        Wow, that is terrible sanchya, to close the bonus with no pre warning, then accuse your friend of bonus abuse  This is why I tend to stick to 5 or so casinos that never caused me problems over the years, or try high rating casinos. I do not know if your friend has been a long time customer at Casinoeuro but if it does not get resolved, u know what to do !

        yes thats ridiculous, if something like that would happen to me, i would close my account right in chat. No matter how long i am member.
        The same-few casinos where i play regular and sometimes try some new casino, but within months i still havent found new casino, where i would like to deposit more than just twice...

        i understand they can cancel promo at any time, ok terms is terms, but why the hell they accuse her as bonus abuser with no reasons...this is really rude.
