    yeah i run the 23 free through and ended up with 200 max i could withdraw was 100 fair enough,it say in their rules you dont need to provide id if you use skrill etc so i put 10 into create a gateway to withdraw my 100 they now say they need passport or drivers licence which i have neither,i sent them a copy of my birth certificate and also sent an email to them but all i get is an automated reply,have i lost my tenner or is there anything else i can do please help

    Hi Graham and welcome to the forum.

    Having looked at the T & C for the free cash, I can't see that you have done anything wrong at all.  Looking at the General T & C, I note it says the following "If you fail to comply with any security request within 5 business days, Company reserves the right to void any winnings in your account.".  Check your spam box/inbox for any messages you may have missed. 

    I suggest making a complaint to them asap if you've received no reply at all from them.
