        Hi guys,

        Anyone out there is having withdrawal problem from Casinoval?
        The problem is that I cant even make  a withdrawal from the cashier.
        After I choose the amount to withdraw, then i clicked SKRILL button,
        there is a loading image going around and around for hours and the withdrawal never went through.

        I have reported this problem to the live chat and sent them an email too since before Easter.
        They did acknowledge my problem but they have not yet solve it till this very day.

        Well maybe this casino is becoming a ROUGE casino by delaying withdrawal?

        I have forwarded this complaint to one of our contacts at the casino. Hopefully this can be resolved soon.

        I think my account is deleted at CASINOVAL.
        I think they dont like me or they are having problems with the software.
        cos when i tried to login with my user n password, it says:

        check your username / password ...

        Hmmm please do 'recover/rest password' function and let us know if you still cant get in.

        the FORGOT PASSWORD feature didnt even work..
        well i think they are having problem with the software or my account just got deleted.

        yeah just now i talked to the live chat.
        my account is BANNED due to a reason that I obviously did not do, which is another account has the same info with my account and also bonus abuse..
        well...
        they asked me to send some docs so i sent the docs to them and now i am waiting for a reply whether my account can be opened again or not.
